The hooker will stop screwing you when you are dead.
Apparently, the Wall Street crooks and our Congress won’t stop screwing us either.
One note on your last post; an article in Rolling Stones details some of the ways the goopers steal selections, (not a misspelling).
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/23638322/block_the_vote/print
Additionally, the ten key swing States in 2008 Election;
The States are; Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin from past 2000 & 2004 elections. Three States have been added for the 2008 Election; Colorado, New Mexico, and Virginia.
I do not know why Texas with DeLay/Perry’s gerrymandering is not on this list. Has Texas, along with Alabama been given up as gooper States?
http://existentialistcowboy.blogspot.com/2008/01/texas-gulag-wasteland-bush-left-behind.html

I believe it was Josep Stalin that first said;
It’s not who wins the election, it’s who counts the votes.
The goopers couldn’t let a good thing pass apparently.

I have a temporary e-mail address, if you can send your posts to my original e-mail address
jcoulter48@yahoo.comtiagohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00354310296446288223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19580203.post-25215780849554522612008-10-27T14:27:00.000-07:002008-10-27T14:27:00.000-07:00Thanks Len - good links in your article, especiall...Thanks Len - good links in your article, especially the one for Paul Krugman's oped.

Regards,

Zahir Ebrahim
Project Humanbeingsfirst.org
http://humanbeingsfirst.org

P.S. Would they respond? Or is it too little a gnat for people who routinely get space in the NYT? My opinion submissions have been rejected by the newspaper which prints "all thenews that's fit to print" more times than I am sure any other person on the planet. I now gave up. So why would Krugman ever respond to a gnat like that? Apparently taking wealth from the middle and moving it up to the wealthy is A-OK with republicans, but spreading it out to all is not. It is obvious that is what republicans have been doing for years anyway (moving wealth up)...their base is just to stupid to understand that fact. The leadership just have to throw out old worn slogans and scare tactics to get the rank & file in line and worked up ( I am certain they miss all their old "boogymen"). As bad off as the democratic party seems, it does not come close in comparative ignorance with the pathetic blind deliverance of the republican base.

benmercAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
