Maybe the Pentagon thinks these dead zones are cool or something and they want to add to them. <BR/><BR/>Anyway aren't adults suposed to understand that their actions have consequences and that a short term gain (getting rid of the pollutants) is foolhardy if the long term consequences are bad (the Earth dies)?
