The Lessons of Recent History

In his essay on Shakespeare's “Julius Caesar”, W.H. Auden observed that theatrical directors throughout the 30's found it quite natural to make of Caesar a great fascist dictator, more like Mussolini than Hitler. The conspirators, he claimed, were “liberals”. Up to date analogies are irresistible. For a brief period not long before Iraq fell into utter chaos, it could be said that George W. Bush had “...crossed the Rubicon”. There are better analogies to be made.

In 1947, Auden would say of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar that it had “great relevance to our time”. That is still true, though Auden believed that Julius Caesar was about the society of ancient Rome on the very edge of doom. Auden did not believe that to be true of Western Civilization in 1947. But is it true of the US, Britain, and Western Civilization today? Are we perched on the edge of doom?

Historically, Octavian would “ride the storm” eventually prevailing at Actium, and, assuming the title “Augustus”. He would give to Rome another 400 years. One suspects that Octavian's prospects were not nearly as gloomy as those we face today.

Auden would write of the post Roman-Hellenic world that it collapsed of a spiritual failure, a lack of nerve, an inability to make sense of what was going on. This is the analogy that is to be made with the present. It is not surprising that a far flung war begun upon a pack of malicious and deliberate lies would drag on for four years. It did so because few in power understood the “story” behind the day-to-day news. The BBC stated flatly: the Iraq war has sent shock waves throughout the Middle East that will be felt for a generation. That is, in fact, an optimistic assessment.

There was yet another layer of complication. It had to do with the sense of community found lacking in America and, perhaps, to a lesser degree elsewhere. Auden makes much of the manner in which Shakespeare begins his plays. “First things in Shakespeare are always important”, he writes. It is, therefore, significant that Julius Caesar begins with a crowd scene. It is just as significant that Bush Jr seized the White House following a “stolen election” and the very worst Supreme Court decision (Bush v Gore) since Dred-Scott.

A “crowd” is always one of three important types: societies, communities, and crowds. One belongs to a society in which the individual has a function or to which one contributes in one way or another. Communities are composed of people who share a common love, goal or culture. Crowds, by contrast, are composed of members who neither belong nor join. Members of crowds are mere numerical additions to the crowd. The crowd, Auden writes, has no function. That cannot be said of the “criminal gang” that attacked vote re-counters in Florida.

Crowds arise when communities break down, when individuals for various reasons cannot share a common culture, love or enthusiasm with others. Education, says Auden, has little to do with it. Knowledgeable, highly educated people often become members of crowds for various reasons and thus help drive the enigma of fascism.

An over-simplification is tempting. Crowds are fertile ground, nurturing fascism and other forms of authoritarian governments and regimes. This was witnessed in Germany as A. Hitler rose to power. If the manner in which Shakespeare begins his plays is important, then it must be pointed out that Julius Caesar begins with a crowd scene and ends with the loss of Republic.

A crowd is most often ugly, fickle, angry yet manipulable. Kierkegaard would write of the public as merely a large crowd, “...a Roman emperor, a large well-fed figure, suffering from boredom, looking only for the sensual intoxication of laughter.” He would call the “press” the “public's dog” that is often set upon the truly great. Thus, the crowd, manipulated by demagogues and charlatans, becomes a mob.

I submit that the increasingly isolated, suburban nature of American society, in the midst of plenty, devolved into islands of isolation. The word community merely attached to a soulless suburb does not make a real community. It's only a sub-division at best. At worst –a dormitory. An affluent America became a nation of crowds, a public only loosely held together, isolated by the science of demographics whose very purpose is separation and analysis.

Given those conditions, the events of 911 were exploitable. America became an angry mob. The conditions were ripe for a would-be dictator to seize “the crown”, vowing as he did to “...export death and destruction to the four corners of the earth.” This would-be Caesar was hardly swept into office with a genuine popular mandate. Many say the election was stolen. I am among those who believe that. Certainly, Gore received more popular votes in Florida. But for 911, Bush might have been retired.

By the time Bush had survived a full term, there was little hope that a new Congress would force a positive change. I was always hesitant to believe that Congress truly knew what was going on. Until America finds its soul, its sense of real community, it will remain like a latter-day Roman-Hellenic world on the edge of doom. There is no Octavian in the wings. There is little hope that our nation will survive another 400 years or so.

Lies Bushco Told About 911

On the topic of 911, we --the people --have won NO battles. Even worse --chances that we will ever win a battle for truth over bullshit, justice over obstructions of justice shrink with each passing day.

That is true despite the fact that the Bush conspiracy theory of 911 --a conspiracy theory of some 19 Arab 'tursts' --is easily proven to be BS on its face. In short -NOTHING said by Bush about 911 was true. Here's a very, very short list of 911 anomolies anyone of which brings down the whole rotten edifice...

1. NO airliner crashed at the alleged site in PA. Flight 93, we were expected to believe, managed to bury itself upon impact. It's a convenient lie designed to cover up the fact that no airliner wreckage was ever visible at the alleged 'crash' site. The myths and lies can be put to rest with a simple excavation.
2. WTC 7 was 'pulled'. Silverstein himself said so and every demolition expert in the world knows that that is, indeed, the case. The building had been prepped.
3. The laws of the CONSERVATON OF MATTER and ENERGY were not repealed. See any phsycist at M.I.T. to confirm that; ERGO --no airliner struck the PENTAGON and no wreckage traceable to an airliner WAS EVER recovered.
4. KEROSENE --jet fuel is kerosene --will NEVER burn hot enough to melt or weaken steel. In addition, THERMITE was found and confirmed by experts and published in peer-reviewed papers.
5. The BBC interviewed several 'said' hijackers though they were said by Bush partisans to have died in the attacks. Dead men don't give interviews. Another fatal flaw in the official conspiracy theory.
6. American Airlines is the source for information that AA Flights 11 (North Tower) and 77 (Pentagon) did not fly on 911.

My approach is the A. Conan Doyle approach...

When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains, however implausible, must be the truth!

The Bush 'theory' is the only 'conspiracy' theory of 911 that meets the definition of the term --conspiracy --most precisely.

Bush's critics, however, rarely advance a theory at all. They are most often labeled 'conspiracy theorists' for merely shooting holes in the Bush conspiracy theory. But for reasons unknown to me, millions have a mental blind spot that prevents or short-circuits rational dialogue about 911.

Bushco's Official Conspiracy Theory of 911 is a Lie!

It was Conan Doyle who said: "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains however implausible must be the truth!" We might have thus arrived at the truth about 11 but --alas --the problem is the mainstream media still lying about 911 and never investigating it.

The fact is this: the official theory is utterly impossible. Doyle would have eliminated it long ago! What remains is simply this: the Bush administration --alone --had 1) method 2) motive, and 3) opportunity! 911 was an inside job.

We might have have been spared this divisive ordeal had the Mainstream Media done its job! Or had it been professional, intelligent or diligent. Alas --investigative journalism in America is DEAD! America media is sick and, dying and not even on life-support.

There is not a shred of admissible evidence to support Bushco's 'official' conspiracy theory of 911.

My friend Dr. David Ray Griffin's peer-reviewed paper proves beyond any reasonable doubt whatsoever that Bush's official conspiracy theory of 911 is utterly impossible; there is not a shred of admissible or verifiable evidence of any sort to support ANY aspect of it.

There is, rather, an enormous body of established, proven physics that proves that the official conspiracy theory of 911 is utterly impossible; ergo: it did not happen, in fact, could not have happened as we were told. Yet --we are expected to believe and obey. Believe and obey! Believe and obey! The 911 Truth Movement is called 'Truthers'. That's fine with me. By labeling 'us', the opposition has positioned themselves: LIARS!

Here is the truth about 911:

1. None of the alleged flights would have penetrated the dense steel outer cladding of any tower in NY;
2. WTC 7 was not even struck by an airliner of any type yet fell at FASTER than free-fall. That is not possible even if the fires had resulted in collapse. Freefall or faster is the fingerprint that gives the game away. Only controlled demolitions evince this mathematically verifiable characteristic!
3. No wreckage traceable to a 757 of any type, let alone Ft 77, was found at the Pentagon;
4. The OFFICIAL, certified autopsy report of Pentagon victims was released via an FOIA request to Dr. Olmstead. There were NO Arabs on the list; ergo --no Arabs were on the flight. Had there been Arabs, they would have have showed up on the official autopsy report.
5. Earlier the Washington Post had reported that Hani Hanjour was not on the flight because he did not have a ticket. Are we to believe he crashed the gate? If so, how? And why is there no record of that event? In any case, the assertion assumes facts '...not in evidence'; it violates Occam's Razor.
6. False reports to the contrary, NO airliner wreckage of any sort was ever recovered at the PA site. The ditch where the airliner --we are told --managed to bury itself underground, had most certainly been dug using the large BACKHOE that is seen in every published photograph of the PA site. Not 93, but the backhoe dug the ditch. This is called 'common sense'. Another clue: not even large meteorites striking the ground from greater altitudes (outer space) and at much, much greater speeds have ever managed to 'bury' themselves under ground upon impact with Earth! Nor did a mere soft-bodied, aluminum, essentially hollow aircraft that was never designed to be a bunker buster nor a gopher!
7. No bodies were ever said to have been recovered from PA and, indeed, there were none.

As a veteran reporter/network correspondent/television-radio anchor, I have covered numerous crashes of airliners and fighter jets in varying conditions. In every case, the 'conservation of matter and energy' has applied and was evident. There is always identifiable wreckage and in every case the wreckage identified the type of aircraft and most often the flight itself.

I daresay that no crash in history has been without wreckage! Every crash of fighter jets, airliners and private craft that I have covered personally ---there was wreckage traceable to the flight in question! It takes an inside job like 911 to motivate the destruction of evidence on an industrial scale! It takes an inside job like 911 to inspire a public official to order a cover-up to include the destruction of physical evidence.

In every case but 911, bodies were recovered and identified. The Pentagon is unusual: not only were there no Arabs on the official autopsy report, there were no passengers on it. The only victims of the Pentagon to have been autopsied were employees of the Pentagon. They are now laid to rest at Arlington. The official autopsy report, by the way, is the only admissible scrap of evidence to have survived the Bush cover up and destruction of evidence. The official autopsy report shoots down Bush's official conspiracy theory.

What was Bush trying to hide by ordering this obstruction of justice? In the case of the Pentagon, a single compressor rotor (about 1/3 the size of two such rotors in a 757) would have proven conclusively that it was NOT an airliner but a missile --possibly the U.S. Global Hawk --that crashed into the Pentagon.

What was Bush trying to hide by ordering the immediate destruction of steel and other wreckage from New York? That's obvious: Bush had hoped to hide the physical evidence that thermite/thermate had been used to help melt the steel to the point of collapse. Kerosene fires will not melt steel; otherwise, titanium-steel could not be used inside the engines of jet aircraft of any type.

In every case in which there were fatalities, there were bodies. Would you like to know what the charred bodies left behind by crashed jet fighters look like? It's not pretty and I will spare you. I will say this: no one has ever been raptured while in flight just prior to a crash or at any other time.

There are hundreds of other fatal flaws in the official theory, any one of which sink, shoot down, destroy the official conspiracy theory.

Several facts demolish the Bush theory with respect to the Pentagon:

1. The Washington Post that reported that Flight 77 was not in the air, had not been scheduled to fly on 911.
2. None of the wreckage recovered at the Pentagon was ever traced to Flight 77. And contrary to lies, the total weight of recovered wreckage could not possible have equalled that of a 757. Certainly, there is no damage to the Pentagon where 757 wings would have struck. It would have been in those areas that TWO large, TITANIUM/STEEL alloy compressor rotors would have been found. No --they were not vaporized as naive persons have suggested. Titanium/Steel allow is chosen precisely because it will survive the intense, kerosene fire heat inside the airliner jet engines themselves. Bottom line: if a 757 had crashed the Pentagon TWO large engine rotors the diameters of which are about 12 feet (or more) in diameter. Those rotors would have been found.
3. Only ONE engine rotor was, in fact, recovered. It is about 1/3 the size of each of two much, much larger rotors that would have been recovered had a 757 struck the Pentagon. They were not recoverd because they were never there!

Other anomolies suggest to intelligent people that Bush's official cover story be re-assessed, re-investigated by real investigators and charges brought against those who had:

• METHOD (that would be the Bush admin to include Bush, Cheney et al)
• MOTIVE (that would be the Bush admin who seized upon 911 to wage a war that had ALREADY been planned. See the MAP of Iraq on which Dick Cheney's Energy Task Force had already carved up Iraq; Also see: Bush's Energy Plan Bares Industry Clout
• OPPORTUNITY Clearly --with the assumption of the office of Pres by one GWB, the NEOCON authors of the so-called PNAC document [Rebuilding America's Defenses: A Report of The Project for the New American Century [PDF]] would find the 'catalyzing event' that they had openly pined for.

It was Arthur Conan Doyle who said: "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains however implausible must be the truth!" It's time to cut to the chase: the official theory is utterly impossible and, for that reason, did not happen unless the laws of physics were conveniently repealed that day. They were not! Bush lied! Americans died in NY, DC, Afghanistan and Iraq et al. By Doyle's reckoning --'what remains' is this: Bush pulled off an inside job! It's the only 'theory' which explains the verifiable facts on the ground at the Pentagon and in rubble left behind by 'free-falling' skyscrapers in New York.

The victims, those now deceased Americans, I am convinced, were victims of the very worst, the most evil regime in U.S. history. It is time to bring this rogue regime to justice even if it should mean the noose for the lot of them! As they might have said out west: HANG 'EM HIGH!

Road Trip to Ground Zero: Get on Board

Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, perhaps the most famous fictional detective of all time, himself expert in the science of criminology, wrote:

"When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains however implausible must be the truth!"

With respect to the crime of 911, it is past time to eliminate the impossible, i.e, the Bush 'theory' of 911, often called the 'official conspiracy theory of 911'.

Following is my short list --not of mere improbabilities --but fatal impossibilities any one of which destroys the Bush 'official conspiracy theory of 911'! All impossibilities listed may be verified against the laws of physics, logic and empirical observation. If the official conspiracy theory of 911 is impossible, then it is a lie and a deliberate one!

Some are obvious but somehow ignored by the media. For example, Hani Hanjour is said to have boarded and then high jacked Flight 77. But the Washington Post reported that Hani Hanjour could not have gotten on board because he did not have a ticket. Nor is his name on the only official, admissible shred of evidence to have survived Bush's orders to destroy evidence and that is the official autopsy report released to Dr. Olmsted in response to his FOIA request.

More recently, NTSB records revealed that the cockpit door on Flight 77 was never opened during the fight. Ergo: the Bush official conspiracy theory of 911 cannot even explain how it was possible to have hijacked a flight of which there is no record, no evidence, no autopsy report to prove that any alleged hijacker ever got on board to begin with.

Bushco cannot place the 'suspects' at the scene of the crime.

Bush's official conspiracy theory of 911 is utterly impossible; there is not a shred evidence of any sort to support it.

1. There are no arabs on the only admissible scrap of evidence related to the crash at the Pentagon, that is, the official autopsy report released to Dr. Olmsted in response to his FOIA request. No arabs. A mere list of passengers which anyone can type up is NOT evidence admissible in court. And there is no evidence that anyone but Pentagon employees are buried at Arlington National Cemetary.
2. Official NTSB data indicates that on Flight 77, the cockpit door was never opened during the flight! So --not ony is there no evidence that Hani Hanjour was ever on board, he could not have hijacked the airliner had he been on board. Unless --of course --he could walk through a closed door! Perhaps he was inspired by David Copperfield who 'walked' through the Great Wall of China!
3. 3) No wreckage traceable to a 757 was ever recovered from the Pentagon. A single engine rotor that was photographed on the Pentagon lawn is about 1/3 the size of each of two much, much larger rotors (of Titanium/Steel alloy) that would have been found had a 757 crashed into the Pentagon. No --the wreckage did not vaporize. And, unless the laws of physics are repealed, the total weight of wreckage will equal the weight of the un-crashed aircraft.
   There is a photo (and video, as I recall) of some four to six white-shirtered, presumably Pentagon employees, hauling off 'debris' on a cart that they carried on their shoulder. This was NOT 757 debris. Unless The Bush administration repealed the laws of physics, specifcially the laws of the conservation of matter and energy, the total weight of the debris would have been equal to the weight of the uncrashed 757 minus the weight of spent fuel.
4. None of the crashes in New York were the flights that were alleged to have struck the towers. AA records indicate the the alleged flights had been mothballed for several months. In fact, the 757 has often found itself in service to the U.S. government. The United States Air Force fitted four 757-200s for VIP transport duties (C-32A). The USAF also operates two 757-200 aircraft (C-32B) for use by the U.S. State Department Foreign Emergency Support Team. These aircraft are painted solid white with only a small American flag and the USAF serial number on the fuselage.
911 is a crime like any other!

Anyone who would solve 911 must place the suspect at the scene of the crime. Candidates not having method, motive, and opportunity must be eliminated. That applies to Bushco's scapegoats --some 14 Arab hijackers who cannot be placed the scene of the crime, specifically NONE of them can be placed on any hijacked flight at any time! Until the BBC tracked down some of the alleged hijackers and interviewed them AFTER they were said to have died on 911, I might have been inclined to believe that they had not even existed. But --in any case --a living hijacker in a post-911 world disproves the Bush theory.

5) 127,520 --that's the weight in pounds of a typically outfitted 757. The wreckage on the Pentagon lawn was carried off atop a crate carried aloft by four or five skinny office dudes in white shirts and ties. There is NO WAY that over 50 TONS of wreckage was carried off on the shoulders of wimps! There is NO WAY that some 50 tons of airliner wreckage was ever recovered at any time at the Pentagon. The laws of the conservation of matter and energy were NOT repealed though Bushco might have wanted to.

Bottom line: the Bush administration --primarily Bush Jr himself, Dick Cheney who supervised, Don Rumsfeld (who almost gave the game away when he referred to the 'MISSILE that struck this building (the Pentagon), Condo Rice et al are the most obvious suspects. They had 1) method 2) motive, and 3) a golden opportunity, much like the opportunity A. Hitler had as a result of the Reichstag Fire. [See: William Shirer, The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich]

Conan Doyle was right. 911 is simple when you eliminate the impossible. Next: eliminate the smokescreen, the irrelevant BS, the flack that was thrown up, the distractions, the rabbit trails, the diversions, the misdirection.

At its heart:

• the Bush Administration committed acts of mass murder and high treason'
• the Bush administration lied about it, ordered the destruction of evidence that might have PROVEN them guilty beyond any reasonable doubt'
• the Bush administration dared to question the patriotism of good and loyal Americans;
• the Bush administration tried to blackmale and, in other ways, intimidate good, loyal, patriotic Americans who have a DUTY to question elected leaders, public servants and anyone taking an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.

It is significant that Bush lied about 911, in fact, never told anything resembling the truth with respect to 911. All were lies except the fact that 'something' terrible', something everlastingly evil happened that day. I covered numerous high profile murder trials in both Odessa, TX and Houston, TX, trials that featured legendary attorneys like Percy Foreman, Dick DeGuerin and Warren Burnett, whom the media called the 'heir apparent' to Clarence Darrow. As a result of my observations inside high profile murder trials, I concluded that 1) those who are innnocent of a crime DO NOT lie about them and, in fact, it is against their interests, counter-productive to do so; 2) only the GUILTY lie about crimes and only the guilty are motivated to do so!

It is therefore relevant and highly revealing that Bush and Bushco lied consistently and repeatedly about 911! It was an elaborate and well-coordinated 'full-court press' to commit numerous crimes and cover them up! It was --in fact and by law --a conspiracy! As a result, nothing said by Bush or Bushco is verifiable in any way --scientifically, causually, legally! And that is only so because they are guilty! Bush lied, thousands of Americans died! The act of mass murder called 911 was and remains an act of murderous high treason!

Indict and Try George W. Bush et al for High Treason and Mass Murder

I cannot name an instance in which an innocent person has tried to cover up a crime. What is the motive for lying about a crime? Conversely, I can think of few if any guilty persons who have not tried, in one way or the other, to cover up a crime or, in other ways, escape the consequences of the crime. A guilty person can be depended upon to lie about a crime. An innocent person would be an idiot to do so.

Because the guilty are sure to lie about a crime and/or destroy evidence, there are laws --on the books --that make those actions crimes in themselves. The recent Bush administration is a specimen, an example that illustrates the principles: 1) an innocent person is an idiot who lies about a crime; 2) Conversely, a guilty person can be counted on to lie about the crime. The Bush administration lied about 911 and tried to cover it up with simple if not moronic strategies:

• Shock
• Awe
• Roll out a cover story while everyone is still in shock
• Impugn the patriotism of anyone daring to criticize it
• Begin a war of oil/resource theft --an excuse to wave the wave, commit war crimes, murder and atrocities under the banner!

How does one get at the truth among so much meaningless flack and utter drivel --all of which was promoted, repeated endlessly, and analyzed by a mainstream media noise and bullshit machine. An essential first step is to cut through all the crap, focus on the fact that nothing about the official conspiracy theory is true! Nothing!

That Bush lied about 911 is 'probable cause' to begin a real investigation and --no --it is not too late. It is my understanding that there are no statutes of limitations on the crimes of mass murder and high treason.

There is probable cause to begin a federal investigation of George W. Bush right now. Bush can be proven to have lied and/or mis-represented crucial aspects of 911. This alone is 'probable cause' to convene a federal grand jury to re-open the case in order to focus on the hard evidence that was, in fact, ordered destroyed by Bush and company. 911 was a crime and the destruction of relevant evidence is, likewise, several crimes: felony destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice, et al. Despite the massive destruction of evidence, it is clear and provable that only Buscho had all three: method, motive and opportunity!

Motive: OIL!

Subpoena all members of Dick Cheney's Energy Task Force including the maps in which was carved up the oil fields of Iraq. Those maps survived and should be placed in evidence. METHOD! That's a cakewalk as well as the opportunity. Marvin Bush, who was conveniently put in charge of WTC security, will not cooperate and will lie if subpoenaed. That's fine. There is enough evidence to charge him with perjury, lying to Federal Grand Jury
The OPPORTUNITY afforded Bushco was its complicity with the rogue state of Israel by way of the so-called "Jewish Lobby".

Larry Silverstein has much to explain to such a Federal Grand Jury. That a "Jewish Lobby exists may be a violation of Federal laws prohibiting FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS from lobbying. That's what EMBASSIES and consulates are for. But of late foreign governments have followed the Isreali example: cut out the middle man! That is increasingly the case as it has become common knowledge throughout the world that the government of the U.S. is, politely, for sale. Less politely, our politicians are whores.

A final summation to the jury should include the fact that ONLY those perpetrating crimes are sufficiently motivated to lie about them and obstruct justice! It must be pointed out to a jury considering the capital crimes charges against the person of George W. Bush that it was only upon the pretext of 911 that Bush's corrupt administration could begin a war against Iraq, a nation that had nothing whatsoever to do with 911; that the purpose of the invasion was to seize control of IRAQI oil, as evidenced by the meeting of Dick Cheney's Energy Task Force.

Who benefited?

That's easy. Dick Cheney's Halliburton which benefited from the seizure of Iraqi oil fields which were, in fact, Bush's number one priority in Iraq. Blackwater, a Halliburton subsidiary, likewise benefited from the U.S, invasion and theft of Iraqi oil resources.

It's long list and must be covered thoroughly in the summation to the jury that SHOULD consider the charges of mass murder, high treason, obstruction of justice, felony destruction of evidence., and ,perhaps the most obvious crime: Bush's overt violation of U.S. Codes, Title 18, Section 2441, War Crimes, which specifies the death penalty for those violations resulting in death.

Offense.— Whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, commits a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death.

At last, it was Conan Doyle's Sherlock Homes who said: "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains however implausible must be the truth!" Certainly --the Official Conspiracy Theory of 911 was and remains utterly impossible. Impossible things do not happen! It did not happen. Even members of the 911 Commission are now coming forward, revealing to the world that they were lied to by members of the Bush administration.

The 9/11 Commission now tells us that the official version of 9/11 was based on false testimony and documents and is almost entirely untrue. The details of this massive cover-up are carefully outlined in a book by John Farmer, who was the Senior Counsel for the 9/11 Commission.

Farmer, Dean of Rutger Universities' School of Law and former Attorney General of New Jersey, was responsible for drafting the original flawed 9/11 report.

Does Farmer have cooperation and agreement from other members of the Commission? Yes. Did they say Bush ordered 9/11? No. Do they say that the 9/11 Commission was lied to by the FBI, CIA, Whitehouse and NORAD? Yes. Is there full documentary proof of this? Yes.

Farmer states...“at some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened... I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The [Norad air defense] tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years. This is not spin.”

The 9/11 Commission head, Thomas Kean, was the Republican governor of New Jersey. He had the following to say... “We to this day don’t know why NORAD [the North American Aerospace Command] told us what they told us, it was just so far from the truth. . . " When Bush's own handpicked commission failed to go along with the cover up and requested a criminal investigation, why was nothing done?

9/11 Commission member and former US Senator, Bob Kerrey, says, "No one is more qualified to write the definitive book about the tragedy of 9/11 than John Farmer. Fortunately, he has done so. Even more fortunately the language is clear, alive and instructive for anyone who wants to make certain this never happens again."

With the only "official" 9/11 report now totally false, where do we go from here? Who is hurt by these lies? The families of the victims of 9/11 have fought, for years, to get to the truth. For years, our government has hidden behind lies and secrecy to deny them closure.

The biggest hole in the official conspiracy theory i.e, the 'hijacked airplanes' scnarios is that WTC 7 fell though it was not hit by aircraft any sort and is, therefore, seemingly beyond explanation. 'Pulled' means 'controlled demolition'. Controlled demolition means that the building so 'pulled' was prepped carefully in advance. In advance of what? A pretext! A cover! Lucky Larry was not just lucky. No one rolls the dice on a bet of several billion bucks. Lucky Larry was not lucky, just crooked!

When someone like Lucky Larry buys a nearly worthless building --at any price --you have good reason to question his motives and his plans. We are not talking about a weekend 'fixer upper' to be flipped within a week or a month. No --the World Trade center buildings were huge, expensive, asbestos-ridden white elephants. It would have cost several fortunes to demolish them. But Lucky Larry got an offer he could not refuse, in fact, a Faustian bargain! Oy vay! Such a deal, already!!

Within a mere six weeks of his purchase, Larry doubles his insurance policy. Just six weeks later, Lucky Larry sees his property destroyed in an act of precise timing not witnessed since Moses (or was it God) parted the Red Sea. Within six weeks, Lucky Larry sees his property, his white elephant, his money pit, utterly destroyed. So far, Lucky Larry is on a roll and has gotten away with it.

Silverstein's 911 insurance payoff is estimated at some 17-billion-dollars. Let me repeat that: that's BILLION dollars! But IF 911 had NOT occurred, Silverstein would most certainly have lost his schlemiely ass. The May 2001 issue of Business Ins. mag reports that critical money hemorrhaging at the white elephants of the WTC plagued by low vacancy rates and the utter lack of modern communications. Larry's decision to take out a 99-year-lease on WTC makes absolutely no sense unless he knew something that few others knew. Indeed, Lucky Larry took over the rest of the World Trade Center on July 24th, 2001--a mere 6 weeks before 911.

The previous owner was the New York Port Authority which had carried a grand total of 1.5 billion dollars of insurance for all of the buildings. Lucky Larry, upside down at the the time, demanded, got, 3.5 billion worth of insurance, payable in cash if the WTC were to be destroyed. It was destroyed and Larry was seen smiling on 911.

There is probable cause to arrest and charge Lucky Larry right now! Many another less well-connected crook has been indicted upon much less 'probable cause' in other cases. But --as we have learned --911 is a special case which suspended habeas corpus, the burden of proof, the rule of law, indeed, the Constitution itself!

Lucky Larry just happened to have been a very close personal friend of Benyamin Netanyahu, a radical zionist credited with having invented the "war on terror" back in 1979. Netanyahu is on record celebrating the 911 attacks! This man is a friend??

1. Some facts about 911: NO STEEL BUILDING has ever collapsed due to fire
2. NO steel building has ever 'just weakened' to the point of collapse.
3. the presence of nano-thermite has been confirmed and peer-reviewed by some 20 or so physicists
4. Physicists have like-wise confirmed that 'steel' was --in fact --turned to dust at WTC on 911.

Turning steel to dust requires serious planning and demolition. Kerosene fires were spent very rapidly. Kerosene cannot account for the reduction of industrial steel to dust! That so many have bought this lie is an indictment of the American educational system at all levels.

I am not an 'anomaly theorist'. I am into credible explanations consistent with proven, verifiable science. The word anomaly, often used by Bush partisans and official theorists, does not prove or support Bush's official conspiracy theory of 19 hijackers. Anomaly is a cop out! There is no record, no proof, no evidence that any alleged hijacker ever got on any flight on 911. Chalking it all up to 'anomaly' is a cop out that explains nothing, proves nothing! 'Anomolies' and baseless ex post facto 'explanations' are the purview of crooks and liars.

The Washington Post said that Hani Hanjour did not have a ticket. Then how did he get on baord Flt 77? For that matter, how did he get off? There is no wreckage traceable to ANY 757 at the pentagon. NONE. Nor are there any Arab names on the official autopsy report! Explain that! Are Arabs magicians? Are we expected to believe that Muslims were raptured by a Christian 'God'?

About New York --WTC 7 was not struck by airliners; yet its collapse was reported by the BBC before it occurred. But why did it collapse? It was prepared well in advance as any CD expert will tell you is required. Who else but Silverstein could have taken out the insurance policy on this property?

We need to hear the whole story about what happened on 9/11/01. But no one is going
to give it to us. This is my story, which is at least plausible and probably quite more than that. I am sure it is not perfect and would welcome new, more relevant facts or corrections. Here are the kinds of people necessary to carry out the plot that I have just described: 

Plotters

Obviously, 9/11 was the result of much planning. No one, not even those who support the official theory, disputes that this event was the result of a conspiracy. And those who conspire are criminals. We need to find those who fit the typical definition of a criminal suspect, those who had the means, the motive and the opportunity to commit the crime: Means ± They had to have the ability to jam or confuse air defense, schedule simulations,directly influence or control mass media, control public opinion and federal courts over a close election (2000) to ensure George W. Bushs installation as president, place explosives and/or usenew technology to demolish WTC buildings.

Motive

They had to belong or sympathize with groups like PNAC, the Project for the New American Century (which wanted a ³New Pearl Harbor´ to give the government latitude to start perpetual wars), declare our enemy (Osama bin Laden, Muslims, Arabs, etc.), unite the nation behind the radical neo-con/PNAC strategy, and put the public in emergency mode where they are susceptible to drastic measures like Patriot Act. Opportunity ± They needed to take advantage of one day when the plan came together without warning to everyone but them. Who has all three of these factors? ± One person has all three factors without a doubt and should be the leading suspect: then-Vice President Dick Cheney. He also had access to help from several groups of people, such as neo-conservatives and Mossad agents, who had access to airports and airplanes used in the plot. So, what was their plan? Obviously, we cannot go inside their minds as they prepared the plot, but we can look back at what happened and surmise their intentions.

The Plan

The plotters used a handful of intelligence agents to board or pretend to board specific flights and who secretly went to an operation center to fake cell phone calls to family and friends of the fake passengers. They made sure enough people were killed at the World Trade Center and Pentagon by explosives and/or other devices to scare the public into accepting "retaliation" on new enemies like Afghanistan (whom the Bush Administration had already secretly planned to invade). They covered up evidence that contradicted the official story by feeding information to the mass media about specific planes, passengers, etc. They may have used mock funerals (based on the Operation Northwoods plan) to convince the public of plane passenger deaths. But "they" screwed up: there is, in fact, no official evidence to suggest that Flight 93 was even in the air on 911!

Recently, reasonable doubt has been raised that Flight 77 even flew on 911. Records of the Bureau of Transportation Safety (BTS) indicated that both Flights 11 and 77 were 'mothballed' and had been for a period of some six months! That certainly explains the lack of wreckage traceable to an airliner at the Pentagon. It also explains the fact that there are no Arab names whatsoever on the only official document relative to the Pentagon destruction. That document is the official autopsy report released to Dr. Olmsted via his FOIA. That is consistent with another fact: only Pentagon employees were buried at Arlington National Cemetery! Bottom line: the only conclusion consistent with the facts is that Flight 77 did not fly and did not strike the Pentagon.

What Must Obama do about the Lie of the Century?

John Williams, a former Foreign Office aide, said last night that publication of his document would expose how members of Tony Blair's team were locked in a mindset that made military action inevitable.

On Wednesday, ministers will hit a deadline for publishing the 2002 document, after years of resistance.

The Williams draft was written in September 2002, only days after Mr Blair, then Prime Minister, announced that the Government would publish a dossier of intelligence showing that Saddam Hussein threatened the world with his weapons.

The draft was not disclosed at the Hutton inquiry into the death in 2003 of the former Iraq arms inspector David Kelly. The scientist had suggested the dossier was exaggerated to justify the UK joining the 2003 invasion.

According to the Times of London, Ministers had been warned in July 2002 that it "had no choice but to find a way" of making the American-led invasion of Iraq legal. The very phrase --'to make it legal' --speaks to guilt and pre-meditation of both the US government of George W. Bush and the British government of Tony Blair in whom so many hopes had been invested, later dashed by the corrupting influences of the worst and most criminal White House in US history.

If the nation had wanted another eight years of war, a total of some twenty years of quagmire, war crimes and other atrocities. it might have put two idiots in the White House --John McCain and the even stupider Sarah Palin.

Rather, the nation wanted change and expressed that hope by electing an articulate man of substance. Committing the nation to an quaqmire well underway is NOT what the nation voted for. How convenient for the oil barons who conspired with Dick Cheney to carve up the oil fields of Iraq before 911 would give Bush the pretext he would need to attack and invade Iraq, a nation that had nothing whatsoever to do with 911.

Nevertheless, it would be claimed that Iraq was --somehow --a part of the 'war on terror'. Is there no end to the lies? Might I remind that on 911, it was a gang of Israelis, perhaps criminals from Mossad, who were seen dancing and celebrating! It was NOT Iraqis who celebrated the deaths of innocent Americans! Clearly --Bush waged war on everyone but the 'real terrorists'.

Mossad is just as crooked as is the CIA about which I have written, possibly, thousands of pages [See: Why the CIA is the world's number one terrorist organization] Secondly, the US is perpetually auctioned off to the highest bidders on K-Street! And the the most powerful lobby on K-street is most certainly the Jewish Lobby. Meanwhile, Israel is breaking every international law with respect to Palestine as we write and post.

Every cover, every rationalization, every pretext for war was a treasonous lie from traitors who betrayed the people of the US, the Constitution, and specific US Codes that make any death resulting from such a war a crime punishable by death. If you are reading this, George W. Bush, you are not out of the woods.

Oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens told Congress on Wednesday that U.S. energy companies are "entitled" to some of Iraq's crude because of the large number of American troops that lost their lives fighting in the country and the U.S. taxpayer money spent in Iraq.

Boone, speaking to the newly formed Congressional Natural Gas Caucus, complained that the Iraqi government has awarded contracts to foreign companies, particularly Chinese firms, to develop Iraq's vast reserves while American companies have mostly been shut out.

"They're opening them (oil fields) up to other companies all over the world ... We're entitled to it," Pickens said of Iraq's oil. "Heck, we even lost 5,000 of our people, 65,000 injured and a trillion, five hundred billion dollars."

T. Boone Pickens is either stupid, ignorant or just doesn't care! I am referring to various kinds of law, specifically English Common Law upon which most US laws and Constitution are based and, secondly, US Codes, Title 18, Section 2441 which makes what the US did in and to Iraq and to the people of Iraq a war crime punishable by death.

That applies, of course, to Bush who ordered the attack and invasion as well as his close associates who conspired with him knowing that Iraq had no WMD. It applies as well to the Army brass in an all volunteer army. They must take responsibility for having willingly participated in the commission of war crimes for which the penalty is death as prescribed by US law.

Now --are we to believe that US laws are no longer valid? Certainly --there must be a reason the Bush crime family is never brought to justice! There must be a reason that a certain 'class' in America is --in fact --above the law! Perhaps the law has become quaint replaced by a sophisticated but unjust two-tiered affair in which the criminal justice system enforces laws on behalf of an elite 'ruling class' which is itself place above the rule of law to which everyone is expected to pay obeisance and tribute! This elite ruling class of just one percent of the total US population own more than about 95 percent of the rest of us combined and is, in fact, the only beneficiary of US wars of aggression and oil theft in Iraq and elsewhere. Big Brother has arrived!

FACT TIME: there is only ONE justification for war under International Law and that is ''imminent threat'. Iraq POSED no such threat to the US or its interests. That's why Bush tried to claim that Iraq was a part of the so-called 'war on terrorism'' though there is absolutely NO EVIDENCE that Iraq had anything at all to do with 911.

I say revolution now! I say bring down this elite! I say arrest the war criminal who continue to rape the sovereign nation of Iraq! I say file capital charges against George W. Bush, his guilty staff and the Pentagon brass who knowingly and willing planned the entire heist on behalf of big oil!

I say charge every member of the Dick Cheney 'Energy Task Force' for planning it all, literally carving up the oil fields of Iraq before the all-too-convenient Riechstag Fire called 911 gave them the broad and wide ranging pretext to begin a perpetual war in which the US would plunder the Middle East.

Secondly, the US has an all volunteer army. Should that army commit war crimes, are not the willing participants of those crime subject to prosecution?

Is the legacy of the GOP/Reagan/Bush era the abolition of the rule of law? Clearly --unless things change, unless Bush and a gang of war criminals in the Pentagon are brought to justice, the very concept of the 'rule of law' will have become a macabre and ludicrous joke.

What the US did in and to Iraq and to the people of Iraq is a war crime punishable by death. That applies to Bush who ordered the attack and invasion as well as his close associates who conspired with him in the knowledge that Iraq had NO WMD. It applies as well to the Army brass who must take responsibility for having willingly participated in the commission of war crimes.

A Nation of Laws or Outlaws?
