Why the 911 Truth Movement 'Cannot be Stopped'

There remains probable cause to indict and charge top officials, George W. Bush himself, for the crimes we call '911'. And, last time I checked, there was no 'statute of limitation' on mass murder, war crimes [see: US Codes, Title 18, Section 2441] or high treason!

The evidence against Bush, Cheney and a gang of NEOCON crooks will prove in court that Bushco conspired to attack and invade Iraq for its oil! It will not help the defense that documents of Cheney's meeting of his 'Energy Task Force' survive and prove that the Cheney and 'big oil' literally carved up the oil fields of Iraq before Bush would have the pretext he needed to attack, invade, and loot oil!

Earlier this year a BBC Newsnight report claimed to have uncovered documents showing the Bush administration made plans to secure Iraqi oil even before the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the US. Based on its analysis of PSAs in seven countries, it said multinationals would seek rates of return on their investment from 42 to 162 per cent, far in excess of typical 12 per cent rates.

As Hitler needed a Reichstag Fire, Bushco needed a pretext --a 'catalyzing event' that the Project for the New American Century would compare to Pearl Harbor. [See Rebuilding America's Defenses; toward the end of this PDF document you will find a picutre of the US Global Hawk which, I believe was 'the missile', as Rumsfeld called it, that hit 'this building' as Rumsfeld referred to the Pentagon!]

Bush conspired with 'rich men' --his elite base --in order to perpetrate the capital crimes of aggressive war, mass murder and high treason!

On this eighth anniversary of the tragic events of 9/11. the movement of concerned citizens who do not believe the U.S. government’s official explanation of those events (the clear majority in poll after poll after poll) only continues to grow, emboldened by breathrough after breakthrough in their efforts to bring the glaring inaccuracies of that official explanation to the attention of the general public.

Perhaps no greater sign of the success of the 9/11 Truth movement can be found than the fact that the discredited corporate media has begun another round of ferocious and transparent hit pieces designed to sling mud at those seeking real answers to the still-unanswered questions of the victims’ family members and real justice for the first responders who are dying as a direct result of government lies. From Psychology Todays ridiculous hit piece insisting that skepticism about government explanations is a form of insanity to National Geographic firing explosives into a fiberglass chicken coop, it seems that the corporate media is becoming more and more desperate (and even downright comical) in their attempts to stop people from questioning the very 9/11 commission that has been called a fraud by six of its own commissioners.

Most of these attacks on 9/11 end up focusing not on the evidence itself, but on one inevitable question: “Why do ‘conspiracy theorists’ believe what they believe?” Of course, this question is coming from the self-same media conglomerates who speak in unanimity against 9/11 Truth and then wonder why newspapers are going the way of the dodo and people are turning off the TV in droves, so we can assume the question is either disingenous or that the corporate media bigwigs are, shall we say, intellectually challenged.

The biggest hole in the official theories is the fact that there is absolutely no forensic evidence supporting the Bush conspiracy theory. Certainly --no airliner wreckage was recovered in New York and the surviving steel was ordered destroyed by Bush but not before traces of thermate were recovered and subsequently tested, analyzed and confirmed. The presence of thermate is very nearly the smoking gun. Without thermate, the steel girders of WTC would never have weakened, collapsed or melted as they were, in fact, photographed.

WTC 7 is another fatal flaw, a nail in the Bushco coffin. WTC 7 was not struck by any airliner of any size. It was seen standing behind a BBC correspondent even as she reported its collapse. Clearly --she had gotten the official 'release' but screwed up by reporting this planned event before it, in fact, occurred. The fall of WTC 7, never struck by airliners, is a classic example of a controlled demolition.

At the Pentagon, only one engine rotor was found --not the two that would have survived to be recovered had an airliner struck the Pentagon. Moreover, the only rotor found was about one third the size of two rotors that would have been recovered had a 757 struck the Pentagon. There was no fuselage, no airliner wreckage! Unless the laws of the conservation of matter and energy have been repealed, a 757 weighing some 80 tons or more would have left behind just that much debris. Certainly, the small of amount of debris might have been carried off in wheelbarrows.

Desperate 'officialists' concede that no airliner fuselage was found. It 'vaporized', they 'explain'. Nonsense! The fuselage is of aluminum and according to every scientific, official or university source I have found, aluminum will not 'vaporize' at temperatures less than 11000 degrees F. According to NASA, 11000 degrees F is 1000 degrees hotter than the surface of the sun. So --you can rule that out!

Officialists also claim that DNA testing confirmed both passenger and 'hijacker' IDs. There are at least two things wrong with that assertion: 1) there are NO Arab names on the official autopsy report released to Dr. Olmsted in response to his FOIA; 2) if the fuselage vaporized as is claimed, then no DNA IDs would have been possible. DNA is often said to decompose when heated but, in fact, the effect is even worse: it literally melts. As heat is applied, bonds that join the two nucleotide strands may break.

The two molecules [nucleotides] are stabilized in this structure due to noncovalent bonds, mostly hydrogen bonds and vanderWaals forces. These bonds are not strong; accordingly, when the temperature rises sufficiently, the double helix is said to "melt" into its two component molecules, and will reassociate upon slow cooling under appropriate salt conditions. So, the issue is not decomposition so much as disassociation upon exposure to too high a temperature; and the reason for the disassociation is that the energy input of the heat overcomes the ability of the noncovalent bonds to keep the molecules together.

At the 11000 degrees F required to 'vaporize' the fuselage, I dare say no DNA would have survived, no DNA ids would have been possible at all. So --which is it? Did the fuselage vaporize or not? Were the DNA ids performed or not? The officialists simply cannot have it both ways.

The truth, however, explains everything. Lies explain nothing. The truth is: no airliner struck the Pentagon. The only 'official autopsy report' known to exist was released to Dr. Olmsted via his FOIA request. There were NO ARABS on the list!

Take the case of Flight 93. Saeed Alghamdi has been protesting his innocence of 911 since the event. If Saeed were guilty, he would be dead! If Saeed were guilty he would have been blown to smithereens over PA. A dead Saeed might be evidence of Bush's theory. Alive, he is living proof that Bush's official conspiracy theory is a pack of black hearted lies that have harmed the American people, the world and, most certainly, the cause of peace.

Bush is the primary suspect for several reasons:

• Those who lie about crimes do so to cover up guilt. Bush has never told the truth about 911.
• Bush has not merely lied; he has actively, consistently and deliberately tried to cover up the crime of 911 with overt and identifiable instances of obstruction of justice, lies, and overt intimidation. This --I believe --is persuasive evidence of his guilt and/or complicity.

Tim Roemer let the cat out of the bag when, like Donald Rumsfeld, he referred to a 'missile' that struck the Pentagon. And that, I believe, is the truth that Bush would cover up and lie about.

If Bush had been innocent of the crime, he would have ordered every scrap to be placed in evidence. Instead, he obstructed justice by ordering destroyed the evidence of mass murder an high treason. If Bush had been innocent, why would he have ordered the destruction of evidence that might have proved his innocence in court? Within months of WTC collapse, tons of metal from the collapsed towers were sold to scrap yards in New Jersey where it was then sold to recyclers in the US and overseas. As the recent discovery of thermate proves, every shred, every scrap of 911 metal was evidence which, if examined, might have explained the collapse or pointed an accusing, indicting finger! Perhaps it is that last fact that explains the haste with which this 'evidence' was destroyed.

If Bush were innocent, then why would he have ordered the destruction of evidence that might have exonerated him? The only answer is that Bush is not innocent and ordered the destruction of evidence that would, in fact, prove his guilt of the crimes of mass murder and high treason against the sovereign people of the United States, the Constitution, US Criminal Codes and every moral code known to mankind since leaving the caves and savannahs.

Let's get on with the trials. Let's bring the guilty bastards to justice! There is no future until the demons of the past are dealt with, resolved and put to rest. No future is promising that is built upon a foundation of lies, high treason and the mass murder of US citizens by its own government.

Shakespeare, Marlowe and the Elizabethan 911

When Mary of Guise garrisoned an additional four thousand troops in Edinburgh, England decided that it was time to launch a pre-emptive strike based upon the "intelligence" that was available. Norfolk's position was basically this: you are either for us or against us. He proposed a pre-emptive strike to smoke out 'heretics' [terrorists?] and bring them to justice, that is to say --the rack or the noose or both!

Sir William Cecil --later Lord Burghley --admonished spymaster Sir Francis Walsingham who urged caution. Cecil's position was: 'you're either for us for you are for the heretics!'

Scotland, however, was never capable of launching a full scale invasion of England --either under Mary of Guise as regent or later under the rule of Mary Queen of Scots. Mary, a Catholic, was "dispatched" to Scotland because Francis II had died and Mary's mother-in-law, Catherine de Medici didn't like her. Mary, Queen of Scots was Catholic, of course, but while she was welcomed in Scotland she soon fell from grace, called a 'mermaid', slang for 'whore'. She sought asylum in England but that turned out not to have been a good idea. Hers is a sad life.

She represents one of several significant links to the Italian Renaissance. She was the daughter-in-law of Catherine de Medici. Catherine was the daughter not of Lorenzo de Medici called Il Magnifico but of Lorenzo de Medici II. It was this "second" Lorenzo to whom the exiled Machiavelli had kissed up in hopes of regaining his position of influence in Florence. He was not successful and lived out his life whoring, writing and tending his fields.

The religious "cultural" wars were worse in France, officially Catholic, where Protestants --called Huguenots --insisted upon the freedom to worship as they chose.

A brutal massacre of Huguenots in 1572 --called the Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve --was the 911 of its day, a bloody act of terrorism that divided Europe. Some six thousand or more men, women, and children, were butchered on the streets of Paris. As was the case during the Christian slaughter of Muslims in Jerusalem during the First Crusade, blood ran ankle deep through the streets of Paris. These horrific events would inspire the famous play by Christopher Marlowe, The Massacre of Paris, a work of protestant propaganda, designed to rally righteous indignation and, perhaps, justify similar atrocities against Catholics.

Shock waves reverberated throughout Europe at this act of 'terrorism'. Queen Elizabeth cancelled negotiations for the hand of King Charles's brother, Francis, Duke of Alencon. He was sent packing by the protestant Queen.

Shakespeare wrote convincingly about life in a police state; his productive life was spent in one. Shakespeare probably witnessed cousins drawn and quartered for being Catholic. The 'downfall' of his father, prominent in Stratford, may be because the elder Shakespeare still professed the "Old Faith" --Catholicism. 'Shakespeare' may have lived out his entire life "underground" only to revert to the "Old Faith" on this death bed.

'Shakespeare' railed against tyrants and got away with it because he made his points in historical context. From within a cover that James Bond might have envied, 'Shakespeare' could always plead innocence of sedition. It was only show biz!

A production of Richard II infuriated Elizabeth I who saw herself in it and suspected that it had been performed to incite public opinion against her. Performed on the very eve of Essex's planned coup d'etat, Shakespeare's 'players' had been paid to perform Richard II. It was alleged that the performance was timed to inflame the crowd, to set the stage for the Essex 'coup d'etat'.

Essex was late for his own coup d'etat --unable to decide upon a proper shirt! History may have turned upon a cuff or ruffle!

"Do ye not see that I am Richard II?" Elizabeth had said. We may suppose, then, that Shakespeare had come close to being hanged, disemboweled, drawn and/or quartered.

Later, Shakespeare and his fellow actors would perform his MacBeth --the tale of the murder of a Scottish King --for a Scottish King who had only recently become King of England. Following the Gunpowder plot, it was nervy, courageous, perhaps, foolhardy! King James himself had cried havoc and let loose the dogs of oppression --if not war. Guy Fawkes was accused of planning to blow up Parliament, an act of treason!

Suspiciously, the gunpowder was traced to the government's own store, just as Don Rumsfeld's 'missile that struck this building' may have been a US Global Hawk, not Fl 77. Then as now, the country had a "war on terrorism" to fight, a divided Kingdom to consolidate! James exhorted a near hysterical public: "We dinna need the papists now!!" He might have added: we will smoke them out or you are either with us or with the terrorists!

If the 'official conspiracy theories' are correct, Christopher Marlowe did not write Shakespeare. Marlowe, it is said, died of a knife wound in 1593 and was long dead by the time Shakespeare wrote Hamlet, Richard II, Richard III, MacBeth, The Merchant of Venice (inspired by Marlowe's "Jew of Malta"?).

Nevertheless, the 'facts' and circumstances of Marlowe's death intrigue us. The 'official theory' is that Marlowe, a known homosexual and atheist, had gone too far in Flushing, boasting of his sexual preferences, denying the divinity of Christ, declaring that he had as much right as the Crown to mint coins. Marlowe, often called 'Marley' or 'Morley', was immediately targeted for investigation, suspected of heresy and high treason.

The most famous story is that a rake, a liar, a common grifter like Richard Poley might have helped Marlowe fake his own death in Deptford in 1593. A passage from MacBeth has fueled much speculation along those lines. It is, therefore, tempting to hear the bard's voice in the following lines describing a murder and a resurrection:

The time has been
That, when the brains were out, the man would die,
And there, an end. But now they rise again
With twenty mortal murders on their crowns,
And push us from our stools.

--MacBeth, III: 4

Recent writers have claimed that the lines "...the brains were out, the man would die" reference the "murder" of Christopher Marlowe. But --if a bard has license then likewise audiences and readers. It is tempting to read much into those lines beyond MacBeth's murderous coup and his eventual fall. Whatever happened in Deptford, there was most certainly something in it for Poley, Ingram Frizer, and Nicholas Skeres --all of whom were not only on the make but helped frame Mary Queen of Scots in a 'sting' and thus groom her for the block.

Shakespeare had good reason to be a "closet" Catholic. Sir Francis Walsingham, a master spy, employed a small army of accomplished agent provocateurs to enforce the "state" religion. Christopher Marlowe may have been one of them. Both Marlowe and Poley had been spies for Walsingham, a fanatic protestant. Once a spy, it is difficult to indulge a change of heart, an attack of conscience. It may be too late to come in out of the cold.

I am not addressing authorship issues in this article, rather the politics of the time, a 'politics' that might have motivated many another to live, literally, underground as did many 'Catholics' in the Midlands. In the end, 'Shakespeare' is that body of work that we call 'Shakespeare'. Presaging A.J. Ayer and the philosophers of philosophical analysis, the bard himself put it this way: 'What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet'.

Can We Please Impeach George W. Bush for Mass Murder and High Treason Now?

Failing to impeach George W. Bush and his gang of crooks, mass murderers, torturers and 40 thieves is the moral equivalent of dismissing charges against Hermann Goring, Rudolf Hess, Alfred Jodl and other Nazis most of whom hanged following justice at Nuremberg.

The election is over. There is no political downside to impeaching Bush and bringing charges against the entire cabal of traitors and cut throats.

To Nancy Pelosi I say: Bush is worth nothing else BUT impeachment! He is certainly not worth 'not impeaching'; he is not worth keeping! He is of no worth to the government, the nation, the world!

Impeaching this sorry waste of human DNA is, rather, a moral imperative if the rule of law is to mean anything in a post-Bush world. The 'Judgment at Nuremberg' should have been the lasting legacy that might without right is wrong and that the rule of law applies as well to those those who make the laws! Impeachment is, therefore, essential if the US is to maintain or re-establish whatever moral authority it may have exerted in the world.

Impeachment is not merely the airing of Bush's dirty laundry in the media. It will identify the many subversions of 'law' that must be identified before they can righted and prevented.

Impeachment might prevent the psychos in the White House from starting WWIII in Bush's final twelve weeks in the White House! The world would have been been better off if Hitler had been similarly distracted before escaping to the bunker. Today --the world will be better and American credibility will be enhanced when it is demonstrated that, in America, there are no exceptions of privilege.

I believe George W. Bush to be a hardened war criminal, mass murderer, torturer, usurper, and liar, but let that fact be demonstrated legally in a courtroom authorized to pass the appropriate sentences. I might opine that the evidence is overwhelming but what matters is getting that evidence before a court or the Senate sitting as judge and jury. What matter is a bona fide verdict from a court in which has been made the voluminous case against him.

Co-defendants must include Dick 'shoot yer friend in the face' Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld who gave the game away by referring to the 'missile that hit this [Pentagon] Building.' Who could have mistaken a 757 for a missile? It must be remembered that criminals --especially those approaching senility --often tell the truth inadvertently. In fact --the destruction of the Pentagon by 'missile' is entirely consistent with the known facts of the case. NTSB data has proven conclusively that Flight 77 could not have struck the Pentagon that fateful day.

Pelosi may protest that there is insufficient evidence against Bush with regard to 911! I disagree! There is enough probable in the public record to convene a federal grand jury with the power to subpoena anyone in Bush's gang. An investigation begun upon that 'probable cause' will yield a case at least as voluminous as the case made against Nazis at Nuremberg. To paraphrase the war criminal Don Rumsfeld: "you go to impeachment with the case you've got, not the case you would like to get!" It will fall to a 'special prosecutor' and his/her team to make 'the case you've got' the one needed to ensure that justice will be served.

That case is this:

1. Bush lied to the people of the US in order to launch an illegal, pre-emptive, aggressive attack and invasion of a sovereign nation: Iraq. This act of naked aggression violate US Codes and numerous international laws, principles and/or conventions to which the US is bound by treaty and US criminal codes which specifity the death penalty for those crimes that result in death. 2. This administration's deliberate exposure of Valerie Plame, an undercover CIA operative.[See: Scott McClellan Dismantles Cheney’s Plame Firewall]
3. A program in which citizens of the US were --without warrants or valid court orders --spied upon and in numerous other ways deprived and denied their rights of privacy and Due Process of Law!
4. The illegal detention of Prisoners Of War without due process, in direct violation of international law. The condoning of torture, in direct violation of international law. [See: Extraordinary Rendition: International Law and the Prohibition of Torture] These are crimes to which Bush confessed publically!

Impeachment may be 'off the table' but not because there is no evidence! There is evidence not just against Bush but against the board chairs and high execs of some of the nation's biggest corporations --Unocal, Enron, Halliburton, Bechtel and several others. These people have the money power it takes to shut down investigations before they morph into criminal indictments and eventually guilty verdicts with noose potential.

The power forces conspired with 'Dark Side' Dick Cheney who most probably promised them a 'little war' which facilitate the CENTGAS pipeline across Afhanistan to the gulf. [See: Meeting of Energy Task Force; US says Halliburton Deal Includes Operating Iraq Oil Fields; ] That was in March of 2001. The meeting of this 'energy task force' included the maps of Iraq 'oil fields' that would be seized. The probable cause to begin the investigation, to convene the federal grand jury, to issue the subponas is there in spades. It is time to depose these criminals before the federal grand jury that will return indictments against the guilty CEOs, Cheney and George W. Bush. This is not mere bribery, fraud and/or collusion. This is nothing less than a conspiracy of 'rich men' to commit mass murder, mass murder itself and high treason!

There is no lack of evidence; every lie to the grand jury is, itself, prosecutable.

It is too bad that Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama took 'impeachment' off the table. When a federal grand jury returns such indictments, it will be very difficult to avoid an impeachment after the subpoenas are served or before the indictments are returned. It is possible, however, to sentence a sitting President for the capital crimes of high treason, mass murder, and those war crimes expressly prohibited by US Codes.

Cleveland Democratic rep Dennis Kucinich brought a 35 count impeachment to the House floor and thus far has been ignored. His cries of truth and justice are a wail in the wind with no ears to hear it - no eyes to witness the charges that are overwhelmingly acute.

Kucinich claimed Bush "fraudulently" justified the war on Iraq and misled "the American people and members of Congress to believe Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction so as to manufacture a false case for war."

Kucinich announced in January 08 that he planned to launch an impeachment effort against Bush, yet stalled his effort after meeting with members of the House Judiciary Committee. The Judiciary Committee hasn't acted on a bid Kucinich launched last year to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. And the wheels of justice grind to a screeching halt every time someone confronts the Neo Con criminals.

Trials for treason and at the least impeachment should be considered yet we are frozen in inaction. Economic woes and deep debt have been incurred - Katrina is now almost ignored and other great failures abound, but still they are not brought to justice. America continues to suffer further under the NeoCons' crimes and incompetence.

--None Dare Call it Treason

I have celebrated Obama's victory --but not for its symbolic significance. The time has come to turn victory speeches into real actions that will change this nation. Obama must step up to the plate and begin to right the wrongs that have been done our Constitution, our way of life and what this nation has stood for in spirit if not always in fact! We do not ask too much of our country that it live up to it's expectations. No one then living forgets the words of John F. Kennedy.

Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country!

I say that our 'government' is not our 'country'. Bush proved that beyond any reasonable doubt. Too much has been done for our 'government' and too little for our 'country '.

Certainly --our government has done too much TO us! Because Bush lied through his teeth, we have died --not for country --but for the seven members of Dark Dick's 'Energy Task Force', the polite name given the 'conspiracy of rich men', the oil companies who bought themselves a nation!

Some will say that now is a time for 'healing'. How often have those words justified 'cover ups' and denials'?

There may have been political reasons to delay impeachment or begin the criminal investigations of mass murder and high treason. Those 'reasons' no longer apply. Justice delayed is another blow dealt to our Constitution. Justice delayed is justice denied. Those who carried out grand theft, mass murder, high treason and various war crimes must held accountable for their crimes if this nation is to survive.

Why Newt Gingrich is Dead Wrong About Our Rights, Bush, and the Constitution

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has revealed a naked would-be emperor. At Drew University in New Jersey, Gingrich defended Bush's dictatorial power grab --the Bush administration's assault on the Bill of Rights --saying that the government has a 'right to defend society'. Against whom? Patriotic Americans of some party other than 'GOP'?

Perhaps Newt has in mind "foreign terrorists" whom Bush forgot to thank for 911! Newt never cleared it up! Newt never explained where, by whom and how was America threatened in such a manner that it may be quick fixed by repealing the Bill of Rights or --worse --applying it inequitably upon whims, bad moods, lies, propaganda or --worst of all --phony terrorist attacks about which nothing said by Bush and his administration can be proven! Nothing!

Not content to leave bad enough alone, Gingrich added that when threatened, "...people will give up all their liberties to avoid that level of threat." Thus --Newt tipped his hand! Given his record, it is fair to conclude that that is precisely what Newt Gingrich and similar ilk have had in mind all along.

I am not surprised that Newt would get it the wrong way 'round! But it is time to straighten Newt out! The responsibilities of the government are clearly spelled out in the Constitution itself. The Constitution is quite specific about those instances in which Habeas Corpus may be suspended. A phony state of emergency and lies about WMD don't qualify!

Newt's position is typical 'backward' thinking that makes of the state an end in itself. The Constitution, however, assigns to government but one over-arching responsibility and, as Jefferson said "... Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it."

Newt and his ilk pose a clear and present danger to our Democracy, the Constitution that created it, the freedoms we enjoy! The 'clear and present danger' is Newt and the GOP --not foreign terrorists! When Newt is preaching right wing sedition, one may rightly conclude that the GOP has and continues to exploit the 'clear and present danger' to our nation and its Constitution. But --as Pogo said of the enemy, we have seen the enemy and he is the GOP! When the Constitution is rescinded and/or retired it will be the work of crooks and idiots like Newt --not terrorists!

If Newt is correct, then perhaps the time has come to abolish it. The government --clearly --is not the source of our rights. Rather, 'powers' exercised by government derive from us! "We, the people" are aggrieved by the arbitrary and dictatorial manner in which the Bush administration lied about both Iraq and terrorism; we --the true sovereigns of this nation as established in the Constitution are aggrieved by Bush's deliberate failure to live up to his only Constitutional responsibility:

"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States was and remains Bush's only job. Bush not only failed, he has, himself, posed the greater threat! Bush has worked overtly to subvert the Constitution. Put another way: Bush put his hand on a black book and lied --under oath!

Note to Newt: that is high treason! In the 18th Century, it was sufficient cause for a hanging.

The subversion of the Constitution was effected --not by alleged 'terrorists' --but by Bush and complicit supporters like Newt Gingrich. Of Al Qaeda and Bush, Bush is the bigger threat! He’s here, on our soil, working with the likes of Alberto Gonzales and John Yoo to subvert the Constitutional principles that he claimed had been 'hated' by 'turrsts'.

The world's number one terrorist is George W. Bush.

The world's biggest terrorist organizations are the US Military and the CIA. Clearly --Bush cannot defend what Bush and Bush alone has destroyed.

It is not a matter of American's 'giving away' their liberties and freedoms. No one took a poll. Bush quickly exploited approval ratings of some 90 percent and proceded to act as if his dictatorship had been a fait accompli. Democrats rolled over and played dead. Key Democrats got "Anthrax Letters" --not exactly fan mail. Flag - waving, SUV driving would-be 'brownshirts' burned Dixie Chick CDs.

While the media was distracted, Bush and Gonzales were busy re-writing the Constitution. Sadly, I haven't heard the candidates address the issue of restoring the Bill of Rights though it should be the number one issue of this campaign. Until someone meets this issue forthrightly, everything else is beside the point.

Newt is wrong and disingenuous in his assertion that government has a 'right' to abrogate the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in order 'protect society'. We, the people are society and 'under the Constitution' WE are the sovereign. If the "government" will not defend our constitutional rights, then that government should be abolished. That idea is not original with me; I learned it from Thomas Jefferson.

The language so cavalierly tossed aside by the Bush junta was made the basis for the Supreme Law of the Land. It's only purpose is the protection of the people from criminal, usurpers and traitors like Bush, Ashcroft, Scalia and Gonzales!

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. The 'United States of America' is a creation of 'the people' for which the 'Constitution' is their voice and the sole affirmation of their sovereignty. Government as envisaged by James Madison is a caretaker of no inherent rights whatsoever. It has, rather, responsibilities to the people and only those powers necessary to enable it to fulfill those responsibilities. Of Al Qaeda and Bush, Bush is the greater threat to the lives and rights of the people and the people's Constitution.

John McCain: From Politician to Party Whore

Republican presidential candidate John McCain has made his Faustian pact with the GOP. Topping his previous idiocies -- a war of one hundred, perhaps even 'ten thousand years' -- McCain now claims that al Qaeda "might attempt spectacular attacks in Iraq to try to tilt the US election against him". McCain forgets that the only US party to have ever benefited from an al Qaeda attack is the GOP, partners and fellow terrorists. [See: Terrorism is worse under GOP regimes] The prospect of erstwhile gain, after all, is why McCain made peace with Mephistopheles seen on the right first in line.

McCain, at a town hall meeting in this Philadelphia suburb, was asked if he had concerns that anti-American militants in Iraq might ratchet up their activities in Iraq to try to increase casualties in September or October and tip the November election against him.
"Yes, I worry about it," McCain said. "And I know they pay attention because of the intercepts we have of their communications ... The hardest thing in warfare is to counter someone or a group of individuals who are willing to take their own lives in order to take others."

McCain surely hopes you are as stupid as the GOP rank and file who, apparently, never figured out that whenever Bush was in trouble, Bin Laden released another tape as if on cue. Clue: it was! Al Qaeda was, in fact created by the CIA. It's alleged leader, Bin Laden, worked with US intelligence throughout the '70s and '80s; he was visited by American 'spooks' as he received dialysis in Dubai, just months before 911.

According to Richard Clark, Al Qaeda, a creation of the CIA [See also: Disinformation: CIA Posing as Al-Qaeda?; Al-Qaeda: A CIA protégé], was created for the purpose of enabling the House of Saud to bankroll Osama bin Laden during the Afghan war against the Soviet Union. Throughout this 1980s war, Washington and Riyadh funneled some $3.5 billion to the mujahideen.
Bin Laden became a US patsy when it was clear that he was much more valuable as a bogeyman around which a crooked and illegitimate Bush regime would create 'al Qaeda' --an evil terrorist "Spectre" which could be conveniently blamed for Bush's every red herring, his every pretext for wars of naked aggression against oil producing countries --notably Iraq.

Is McCain naive or complicit? Both! McCain is naive for falling for the GOP line of bullshit. He is complicit because, like Faust, he sold his soul if he ever had one. Even America's ABC News was 'suspicious' of Bin Laden's lack of substance but, most significantly, the political timing from which only Bush benefited.

Osama bin Laden's latest message is a hodgepodge of anti-capitalist vitriol, impassioned Islamic evangelism and what can best be described as a twisted attempt at reconciliation: Join us, or we'll kill you. 

Analysts say the video that came out days before the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks is more about timing than substance, an attempt by history's most wanted fugitive to thumb his nose at the forces arrayed against him and remind the world that he hasn't been caught.

Even ABC reported in 2007 that Bin Laden's beard looked phony but never bothered to ask why! Simple explanation: both Bin and the beard were phony. As Benazir Bhutto told the BBC before she would be gunned down in the streets of Karachi --Bin Laden had been murdered. Most, if not all, Bin Laden tapes were therefore faked, perhaps produced and directed by the CIA. The record will prove conclusively that whenever Bush was in trouble, Bin Laden could be counted on to release another production.


McCain was trashed and dragged through the mud by rabid, fanatical Bushie fundamentalists down south, a land of red states and redder necks. But don't shed any tears for McCain who recovered from the sucker punch just in time to play kiss up to the Bush gang of traitors! Don't waste your time with a modern Faust, a party whore who literally lined up to kiss Bush's ass, pretending all the while that the emperor was fully dressed. Unlike Faust, however, Party Whores cannot expect redemption at the end of a long poem, only ignominy at the end of a human tragedy.

History Channel: The Anthrax Attacks Were an Inside Job

The US investigation of the anthrax attacks was a "sham" and the attacks were an obvious inside job. Now, the History Channel openly characterizes them as the work of the US government.

Not long after the televised attacks on New York City, US citizens were attacked by the government of the United States itself, though it was hoped that the American people would accept the ruse and swallow an absurd cover that some radical, Islamic terrorist had somehow gotten hold of US "weapons grade" anthrax and was threatening only Democrats and media unfriendly to the Bush junta. Bob Stevens, photo editor for American Media’s tabloid Sun lay critically ill in a Florida hospital diagnosed as having inhaled anthrax. He would die, no doubt a victim of the US government itself. He would join about 3,000 other victims of the treasonous war this government has waged upon the people of America.

In short order, other laced envelopes appeared, most notably letters addressed to Senators Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy. As Ed Encho accucrately points out in the comments section, Tom Daschle was Democratic Senate Majority Leader; Patrick Leahy was Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman. These men might have used their positions to stop the implementation of the USA Patriot Act, a blueprint for the tyranny with which we live now. Method, motive, and opportunity!

The "anthrax attacks" are all but forgotten now, overshadowed by Bush's calamitous war against Iraq, his egregious assault on the Constitution and the rule of law, and by the economic ruin his mis-rule has brought upon the nation, the enmity that he has earned throughout the world.

The anthrax attacks in the United States, also known as Amerithrax from its FBI case name, occurred over the course of several weeks beginning on September 18, 2001. Letters containing anthrax spores were mailed to several news media offices and two Democratic US Senators, killing five people and infecting 17 others. The crime remains unsolved. Terrorist Act Was an Inside Job

"The optimal US weaponization process is secret—Bill Patrick, its inventor, holds five secret patents on the process and says it involves a combination of chemicals . There is no evidence that any other country possesses the formula."

"The perpetrator must have realized in advance that the anthrax attack would result in the strengthening of US defense and response capabilities. This is not likely to have been a goal of anti-American terrorists, who would also be unlikely to warn the victims in advance. Perhaps the perpetrator stood to gain in some way from increased funding and recognition for biodefense programs.

Financial beneficiaries would include the BioPort Corp., the source of the US anthrax vaccine, and other potential vaccine contractors."

"Even if the perpetrator did not make the anthrax himself, just filling the letters with it was a dangerous operation. The perpetrator therefore must have received the anthrax vaccine recently (it requires a yearly booster shot). The vaccine is in short supply and is not generally accessible, and vaccination records are undoubtedly available. The perpetrator also appears to have special expertise in evading contamination while handling weaponized anthrax."

Who benefited? Indeed, the "perpetrator" achieved his goal. Bush assumed dictatorial powers and, over time, US citizens were denied the protections of the Bill of Rights, habeas corpus, and Due Process of Law. Another election would be stolen.As the following sequence of videos from the History Channel and CBS News, the FBI has been implicated in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

As Bush nears the end of this occupancy, rational folk must simply confront the issue: having presumed to rule by decree, having flouted the US Constitution, International Law, treaties, conventions, US Codes and the rule of law, could a culprit be expected to simply ride off into the sunset while a new regime --if it is wise --proceeds to undo the irreparable harms Bush inflicted on civilization these past seven years? Not likely! As long as Bush occupies the White House, as long as the CIA competes for the title world's most deadly terrorist organization, as long as the military is bought and paid for by America's tiny, ruling elite, no American is safe.

Certainly: 1) Bush has lied about 911; 2) Bush deliberately ordered evidence of the crime scene destroyed; 3) Bush opposed the creation of a 911 commission and obstructed its investigation; 4) Bush told conflicting stories of his actions that day; 5) The Bush administration alone benefited politically and financially from the events of 911.

Bush Crimes on Video

Bush exploited the events of 911 to consolidate his powers and approval ratings. He seized upon the chance that terrorism gave him to ram through congress measures that flout the separation of powers, measures that rescind Due Process of Law, habeas corpus, the presumption of innocence, measures that violate US Constitutional obligations to Geneva, Nuremberg and other principles of International Law.

Moore brought up his lingering questions on 9/11, which are a clear departure from the 'government negligence' picture he painted in his film Fahrenheit 9/11, released some three years ago.

Moore told reporters, "I've had a number of firefighters tell me over the years and since Fahrenheit 9/11 that they heard these explosions-- that they believe there's MUCH more to the story than we've been told. I don't think the official investigations have told us the complete truth-- they haven't even told us half the truth."

Moore's interest in 911 may have been peaked by the established fact: no identifiable airliner wreckage was ever found in the Pentagon debris. Moreover, as I detailed in a privious article, the "official" account of the burials at Arlington National Cemetary is shot through with inaccuracies, internal inconsistencies and inconsistencies with forensic accounts. As far as we know, none of those said to have been buried at Arlington were! Additionally, witnesses described a much smaller aircraft --certainly not an airliner, certainly not Flight 77!

I submit that if Bush and his guilty minions truly want to put this issue to rest they need only release all of the footage from all of the cameras that had been trained on the Pentagon and, in fact, photographed whatever it was that crashed and disappeared into the tiny little hole!

I challenge the Bush administration to release all of that footage! Let us find out --once and for all time --what it was that crashed into the Pentagon. Let us find out if the Bush administration is innocent of mass murder and high treason --capital crimes! If the Bush administration were innocent, it would release every photograph. If the Bush administration were innocent of the capital crimes for which there is probable cause now to try them, it would respond positively to my challenge. It would release all of the footage. It would --if it were innocent --put this issue to rest.

I say to Bush himself: put up or shut the fuck up and turn yourself over for prosecution for the commission of capital crimes!
