The Origins of US Illegitimacy: Fatal Flaws that Sink the Warren Commission

It might have been so simple. JFK is gunned down in Dallas. The fall guy du jour --Lee Harvey Oswald --would take the rap. The patsy was said to have fired three shots from the Texas School Book Depository. One of them was said to have created injuries in both President John F. Kennedy and Texas Gov John Connally. Another --said to have killed the President --is likewise attributed to the single shooter in the famous sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository.

The Warren Commission's 'official theory' is shot through with more holes than Swiss chesse. If Lee Harvey Oswald had gone to trial he would have walked.

• The fatal shot came from the front.
• A 'Magic Bullet' was said to have defied the laws of physics (primarily gravity), requiring an elaborate and ex post facto violation of Occam's Razor to make it sound remotely plausible.
• The 'Magic Bullet' --CE-399 --may have been planted or, more innocently, misidentified; the 'chain of evidence' is non-existent; and, had the case gone to trial, it would have been thrown out of court.

It is claimed that CE-399 was fired from what is 'said' to have been Oswald's rifle, an assertion that is impossible to support. The famous photo linking Oswald to the rifle is an obvious fake. It has been said that the 'chain of evidence' was broken. In fact, CE-399 --found on John Connally's gurney at Parkland Hospital --has no traceable history that places it at the scene of the crime.

I asked myself, Is the bullet sitting in the National Archives today really the same bullet recovered at Parkland Memorial Hospital in the wake of the Kennedy assassination? I decided to put the issue to the test.

Phantom Identification

It was on March 16, 1964 during James Humes' testimony before the Warren Commission (WC) that CE-399 was first introduced into evidence. Arlen Specter related on the record that CE-399's bone fides were "subject to later proof," but would be introduced with the proviso that the bullet was the same "missile which [had] been taken from the stretcher which the evidence now indicates was the stretcher occupied by Governor Connally." The fact that Humes was the first witness to testify about CE-399, yet had played no part whatsoever its chain of custody, forced Specter to introduce CE-399 "subject to later proof." Fifteen days later, Specter queried SA Robert Frazier on CE-399's provenance:

Mr. EISENBERG. Mr. Frazier, I now hand you Commission Exhibit 399, which, for the record, is a bullet, and also for the record, it is a bullet which was found in the Parkland Hospital following the assassination. Are you familiar with this exhibit?

Mr. FRAZIER. Yes, sir. This is a bullet which was delivered to me in the FBI laboratory on November 22, 1963 by Special Agent Elmer Todd of the FBI Washington Field Office.

Mr. EISENBERG. Does that have your mark on it?
Mr. FRAZIER. Yes, it does.

Mr. EISENBERG. The bullet is in the same condition as it was when you received it?

Mr. FRAZIER. Yes, sir; except for the marking of my initials and the other examiners.(3H428) [March 31, 1964]

Frazier established that the CE-399 bullet before him was the same one he'd received from SA Elmer Todd on 11/22/63. But Frazier's testimony that CE-399 was the same bullet handed to him by SA Todd, in and of itself, does not begin to establish whether or not it was the same bullet that actually came off the stretcher in Dallas.

Oddly, Elmer Todd was never called to testify before the WC. Nor were SA Richard Johnsen, or chief of Parkland Hospital security and former DPD detective, O. P. Wright, whom both figure prominently in the chain of custody of CE-399.

The WC did call on the employee who actually found the bullet. On March 20, 1964 the WC took Parkland Hospital orderly, Darrell Tomlinson's testimony. That was a mere four days after CE-399 was introduced during Humes' testimony. Incredibly, Tomlinson, whose testimony was taken in Dallas, was queried extensively about where he found a bullet (which stretcher), but was never shown CE-399 or asked to identify it as the bullet he found the day Kennedy was assassinated. Having Tomlinson ID the bullet is the "proof" that would have established that the bullet's bone fides were in order. But that didn't happen. What did happen was that the day after Tomlinson testified, Robert Frazier delivered CE-399 to the WC (See Figure 1).

A key phrase is 'non-fatal'. Had this case gone to court, a single fatal wound might have been sufficient to get a conviction. Not even the Warren Commission believed the 'magic bullet' to have been fatal. That dubious honor belongs to the single bullet that struck JFK in the right forehead driving his head '...back and to the left'. The Warren Commission, however, failed to acknowledge the fact that whatever struck the President on Frame 313 of the Zapruder film came from the front --the grassy knoll. The elaborate 'magic bullet' upon which Arlen Specter gambled his good name and credibility, is irrelevant!

In contrast to the testimony of witnesses who heard and observed shots fired from the depository, the commission's investigation has disclosed no credible evidence that any shots were fired from anywhere else.

The Warren Commission knew that it could get away with such an absurdity. There were big names on the commission. But so egregious is this error, one must ask the obvious question: what was the Warren Commission deliberately trying to hide? Quick response: the government's own complicity in murder.

The Warren Commission did not fear a sudden outbreak of truth. The Zapruder Film, it was believed, had been sealed. Everything had been nailed down, covered up, or cover storied!

But since it was broadcast by Geraldo Rivera, the Zapruder film has gone mainstream. Until it can be demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt to have been tampered with, Zapruder remains a yardstick against which all other 'said' evidence must be measured for consistency. Frame 313, for example, is a dramatic moment of less than a tenth of a second in which the President was struck dramatically and mortally. All other timelines must conform to this and other key moments recorded on film.

Gerald Ford admitted to tampering with evidence while he was on the Warren Commission. In other words, Ford committed a federal crime the effect of which has kept the truth from the American people since 1963.

The initial draft of the report stated:

"A bullet had entered his back at a point slightly above the shoulder to the right of the spine."

Ford wanted it to read:

"A bullet had entered the back of his neck slightly to the right of the spine."

Too timely, too convenient, the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald by known mobster Jack Ruby necessitated the creation of the Warren Commission, a 'weighty' panel of well-known public figures, in other words 'big wigs' who could get away with promoting the official cover story.

"According to the Warren Report the missile hit JFK in the posterior neck, then without striking any hard object passed through the neck to exit at the front of his throat. It then entered Texas Governor John B. Connally's back at the right arm pit, sliding along his fifth rib, demolishing four inches of the rib before it exited his chest below the right nipple. The bullet then allegedly struck and shattered the radius of the right wrist on the dorsal side, then exited at the base of his palm and hit his left thigh just about the knee.

The Report then asserts that CE 399 traveled about three inches beneath the surface of the skin, hit the femur and deposited a lead fragment on the bone. Then, sometime later, with a spasm of reverse kinetic energy it spontaneously exited the hole in Connally's thigh and neatly tucked itself under the mattress of a stretcher parked in a hallway of the Parkland Memorial Hospital that the Report asserted was linked to the wounded governor. There it rested calmly under the mattress waiting for its rendezvous with history."

The death of Lee Harvey Oswald who had always maintained that he was a 'patsy' was improbably convenient. It relieved the government of having to get a conviction. Most importantly, however, the Warren Commission could not risk a trial that would have exposed the cover up. That is motive enough to order a 'hit'. Certainly --a trial of Oswald would have been disastrous for a corrupt and perhaps illegitimate government. Oswald knew too much. And what he knew might have been made public. Would the 'powers that be' risk that?

The Zapruder film would have been played back in court, proving to any intelligent jury that the 'magic bullet' was not only wrong and inadmissible, it was irrelevant. The fatal shot came from the front, striking JFK just above his right eye, exploding his skull and driving his head back and to the left. Backward and to the left! If you doubt this, here is a link to a unique site: Zapruder Film Frame by Frame. Every frame of Zapruder is enlarged and accessible with a link. Zapruder can be examined, literally, frame by frame.

The murder of JFK may not have been the classic coup d'etat --but coup d'etat it was.

The many official lies about JFKs murder deflect attention from the real evidence that disproves the official narrative. Had this evidence been followed up it might have been proven that Lee Harvey Oswald:

1. could not have fired the fatal shot;
2. was probably not even in the depository window at the time of the murder
   
3. would have been ill-placed as a shooter even IF he had a part of the bigger conspiracy.
4. that the Depository is the least desirable location from which to pull off a hit.

It is highly doubtful that it had even been fired, let alone create multiple wounds and extensive bone damage. Secondly, Zapruder frame 230 proves that John Connally had not been hit by the same bullet that magic bullet theorists say struck JFK. On this point, the expert testimony of a pathologist may be seen in the second video in the playlist posted below.

The Warren Commission simply discounted anything that didn't fit officialdom. The magic bullet was concocted by Arlen Specter though he has no experience in forensics! My opinion is, at least, as good as his and most certainly less biased in favor of anything that might benefit the GOP, the MIC, or the CIA.

Specter may have hoped to deflect attention from the real source of the fatal bullet that struck JFK just above his right eye from the front. Specter may have hoped to paper over the holes. Specter's motives are relevant to the Warren Commission's credibility. If it was Specter's motive to cover up the truth by diversion, then he is guilty of obstruction of justice --a Federal crime! Moreover, if the fatal shot came from the front, the 'magic bullet' is just another establishment red herring at best, a federal crime at worst. It hinges upon Specter's motives.

The Magic Bullet was entered into the chain of evidence before it had been taken out of Connally's leg --evidence that the 'official magic bullet theory' was concocted in advance of the investigation. The 'state' desparately sought anything that might shore up the cover story. Real investigations are not conducted in this manner. Cover ups are! Indeed, even the FBI and the Secret Service had stated in their separate reports that JFK and John Connally were struck by separate bullets. John Conally himself stated flatly that separate bullets had struck him and the President. The Warren report is a lie.

Planning for the JFK murder probably began with his historic inaugural address. Subsequently, he promised to smash the CIA into a 'thousand pieces'; he threatened to expose 'secret societies' and 'cults' that he believed posed a threat to the republic [Skull and Bones?]; he promised to abolish the FED. The nation, having endured the seemingly endless and tragic Viet Nam quagmire, abominable abrogations of Civil Rights, a war waged by the CIA and the FBI against civil liberties, it is easy to forget how revolutionary were JFKs words. His words were a threat, a 'clear and present danger' to the entrenched and corrupt establishment, the 'invisible government'.

Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans—born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage—and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this Nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.

Likewise, the entrenched establishment of about one percent of our own population could not have been happy with JFKs commitment to human rights.

In 1961, many powerful forces in and out of the US government would have felt threatened by JFKs commitment to the United Nations, a body not merely opposed but reviled by powerful entrenched forces and interests inside the US.

And then JFK struck at the very source of an evil 'livelihood' --the Military/Industrial complex about which Dwight Eisenhower had but recently warned.

The MIC is simply not interested in the 'freedom of man'. usually announced amid great chest beating and displays of arms and/or militia. This coup d'etat was an covert takeover by the low profile beneficiaries inside the Military/Industrial complex and throughout the CIA.

As subsequent events have proven since that date, Lincoln's vision of a 'government of the people, by the people and for the people' did, indeed, perish from this earth. If it was not the classic coup d'etat, we might have been better off if it had been. Our traitors are cowards who subvert us with secrecy, lies, and subterfuge. Some prefer the tyrant that can be seen to unseen 'spooks' who murder by stealth and proxy.

I want to talk about our common responsibilities in the face of a common danger. The events of recent weeks may have helped to illuminate that challenge for some; but the dimensions of its threat have loomed large on the horizon for many years. Was JFK warning of the Military/Industrial complex as his predecessor had done? Was he referring to the CIA? The Skull and Bones? Most certainly, all of the above given the proprietory interest Skull and Bones has in the world's number one terrorist organization --the CIA! Harvard and Northwestern Economists: GOP tax cuts and resulting emergence of the elite class caused the financial crisis

The financial crisis results directly from inequitable GOP tax cuts which have benefited only the GOPs elite base. The effect is that of a US economy 'contracting' with each tax cut. The scheme was conceived and promoted by American fascists --the big banks, the GOP, the MIC and the CIA. The result: the US economy is among the most inequitable economies in the world. Growing disparities between rich and poor were at one time associated only with a developing Third World or Latin American 'Banana Republics'. Now --it is clear that they are behind America's imminent fall. [See: Screw the Big Banks! Bailout the Small Depositors!]

The wealthy have always used many methods to accumulate wealth, but it was not until the mid-1970s that these methods coalesced into a superbly organized, cohesive and efficient machine. After 1975, it became greater than the sum of its parts, a smooth flowing organization of advocacy groups, lobbyists, think tanks, conservative foundations, and PR firms that hurtled the richest 1 percent into the stratosphere.

The origins of this machine, interestingly enough, can be traced back to the CIA. This is not to say the machine is a formal CIA operation, complete with code name and signed documents. (Although such evidence may yet surface — and previously unthinkable domestic operations such as MK-ULTRA, CHAOS and MOCKINGBIRD show this to be a distinct possibility.) But what we do know already indicts the CIA strongly enough. Its principle creators were Irving Kristol, Paul Weyrich, William Simon, Richard Mellon Scaife, Frank Shakespeare, William F. Buckley, Jr., the Rockefeller family, and more. Almost all the machine's creators had CIA backgrounds.

During the 1970s, these men would take the propaganda and operational techniques they had learned in the Cold War and apply them to the Class War. Therefore it is no surprise that the American version of the machine bears an uncanny resemblance to the foreign versions designed to fight communism. The CIA's expert and comprehensive organization of the business class would succeed beyond their wildest dreams. In 1975, the richest 1 percent owned 22 percent of America’s wealth. By 1992, they would nearly double that, to 42 percent — the highest level of inequality in the 20th century.

How did this alliance start? The CIA has always recruited the nation’s elite: millionaire businessmen, Wall Street brokers, members of the national news media, and Ivy League scholars. During World War II, General "Wild Bill" Donovan became chief of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of the CIA. Donovan recruited so exclusively from the nation’s rich and powerful that members eventually came to joke that "OSS" stood for "Oh, so social!"

Another early elite was Allen Dulles, who served as Director of the CIA from 1953 to 1961. Dulles was a senior partner at the Wall Street firm of Sullivan and Cromwell, which represented the Rockefeller empire and other mammoth trusts, corporations and cartels. He was also a board member of the J. Henry Schroeder Bank, with offices in Wall Street, London, Zurich and Hamburg. His financial interests across the world would become a conflict of interest when he became head of the CIA. Like Donavan, he would recruit exclusively from society’s elite.

By the 1950s, the CIA had riddled the nation’s businesses, media and universities with tens of thousands of part-time, on-call operatives. Their employment with the agency took a variety of forms, which included:

• Leaving one's profession to work for the CIA in a formal, official capacity.
• Staying in one's profession, using the job as cover for CIA activity. This undercover activity could be full-time, part-time, or on-call.
• Staying in one's profession, occasionally passing along information useful to the CIA.
• Passing through the revolving door that has always existed between the agency and the business world.

Historically, the CIA and society’s elite have been one and the same people. This means that their interests and goals are one and the same as well. Perhaps the most frequent description of the intelligence community is the "old boy network," where members socialize, talk shop, conduct business and tap each other for favors well outside the formal halls of government.

Since Ronald Reagan's infamous tax cut of 1982, "conservatives" have been fond of talking about a 'great Reagan Recovery' which they cite as proof of "Reaganomics", 'trickle-down theory', otherwise called supply-side economics. It is not just bullshit! I believe that it is deliberate bullshit, a bald-faced lie cooked up inside a right wing 'think tank'! With 'Reaganomics', the government itself became nothing more than a shakedown scheme, a competitor with the mob.

It must be pointed out that following the tax cut, the nation plunged into recession, the worst since Herbert Hoover's Great Depression of 1929. Nevertheless, conservatives will persist in citing a three percent growth rate following two years of severe recession as proof that "wealth trickles down". This assertion fails to address key questions.

Who benefited from the recovery?

How long did it take for the nation to regain lost ground?

Did Reagan's tax cuts bring about more growth than would have normally occurred?
The record shows that the growth rate was 3% between 1979 and 1989 --the same as the growth rate between 1973 and 1979! There was, then, no improvement with "voodoo economics" than without it. There was no "Reagan recovery"! Wealth did not trickle down! Wealth moved, flowing upward at alarming but predictable, exponential rates.

Reagan did not perform nearly so well as Jimmy Carter, who is, in fact, among the nation's best 'performing' Presidents in terms of the growth of GDP and jobs. Everything said by the right wing about Carter is a bald face lie! Carter ranks number two on the list of best Presidents since World War II. From that same list, the top five are Democrats. The bottom three are goppers.
However hard you may look, you will not find in the official stats any confirmation of GOP/Reaganomics whatsoever. Go to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Census Bureau, the BEA! You will find, rather, confirmation of a more pernicious trend: the rich began to get even richer.

With the ascension of Ronald Reagan, the poor began to lose ground at alarming rates. It seems almost to have been deliberate. The late Steve Kangas believed it was deliberate just as I believe that the war against Iraq continues to be a payoff to robber barons that make up the Military/Industrial complex.

Bailout the Small Depositors!], I charged that obscene income and wealth disparities, having the effect of effectively removing trillions of dollars from the US economy are to blame for the current 'financial crisis'. Lately, I have discovered additional support for my position in the work Robert J. Gordon, Northwestern University and NBER Ian Dew-Becker, Harvard University.

How is it possible that an entire nation is so easily brainwashed? The question answers itself and the operative word is 'brainwashed'.

Journalism is a perfect cover for CIA agents. People talk freely to journalists, and few think suspiciously of a journalist aggressively searching for information. Journalists also have power, influence and clout. Not surprisingly, the CIA began a mission in the late 1940s to recruit American journalists on a wide scale, a mission it dubbed Operation MOCKINGBIRD. The agency wanted these journalists not only to relay any sensitive information they discovered, but also to write anti-communist, pro-capitalist propaganda when needed.

The instigators of MOCKINGBIRD were Frank Wisner, Allan Dulles, Richard Helms and Philip Graham. Graham was the husband of Katherine Graham, today’s publisher of the Washington Post. In fact, it was the Post’s ties to the CIA that allowed it to grow so quickly after the war, both in readership and influence. (8)

MOCKINGBIRD was extraordinarily successful. In no time, the agency had recruited at least 25 media organizations to disseminate CIA propaganda. At least 400 journalists would eventually join the CIA payroll, according to the CIA’s testimony before a stunned Church Committee in 1975. (The committee felt the true number was considerably higher.) The names of those recruited reads like a Who's Who of journalism:

• Arthur Hays Sulzberger (Publisher, N.Y. Times)

Perhaps no newspaper is more important to the CIA than the Washington Post, one of the nation’s most right-wing dailies. Its location in the nation’s capitol enables the paper to maintain valuable personal contacts with leading intelligence, political and business figures. Unlike other newspapers, the Post operates its own bureaus around the world, rather than relying on AP wire services. Owner Philip Graham was a military intelligence officer in World War II, and later became close friends with CIA figures like Frank Wisner, Allen Dulles, Desmond FitzGerald and Richard Helms. He inherited the Post by marrying Katherine Graham, whose father owned it.

This so-called 'bailout' is a daylight theft which has already netted the GOP elite some 1.5 trillion dollars in bailout monies. So --where's the money now? Where's the recovery? Where are the culprits hiding out? Why has there been no investigation of this monumental fraud, a fraud that makes Enron look like a Sunday School picnic --or at the very least a dress rehearsal?

Only the big banks have benefited. None of the money has trickled-down; the economy continues to 'contract' at an annualized rate of 3.8 percent. This time, the plan may backfire. Fat cats are scrambling to escape a black hole of their own creation. True to their evil natures, however, the GOP elite are not above putting the screws to you as they themselves get sucked past the event horizon.

Already the goppers have renewed their assault on the Social Security trust fund, the government's only success story. The smart money 'bailed out' long ago. What's left is a mad melee in search of a federal bail out. The profits have been taken. The best that can be hoped for now is 1) the end of the GOP; 2) that only the crooked architects of this disaster are victimized by it. Alas--that's too much to ask. Cynically, the world just doesn't seem to work like that.

High Treason: 'Pentagon Lied to the 911 Commission' ; Bush's Theory Falls Apart

911 Commission co-chairs claim that they were misled, perhaps deliberately, by the Bush administration and Pentagon brass. Because 911 was an act of mass murder overtly covered up by the Bush administration, the many lies by Bush amount to more than mere obstructions of justice or cover ups. They amount to high treason --a mechanism by which this administration seized power unconstitutionally. Holes in Bush's theories are holes in Bush's theories. Lack of evidence in support of Bush does not refute his critics who point them out. Bush's many lies and overt efforts to obstruct justice, it is hoped, will bring about the 'controlled demolition' of this illegal and illegitimate regime.

Instead of making a big scene and dropping a bombshell so-to-speak, the commission ‘compromised’ and deferred to the justice department so that it could pursue criminal investigations.

Some staff members and commissioners of the Sept. 11 panel concluded that the Pentagon’s initial story of how it reacted to the 2001 terrorist attacks may have been part of a deliberate effort to mislead the commission and the public rather than a reflection of the fog of events on that day, according to sources involved in the debate.
Suspicion of wrongdoing ran so deep that the 10-member commission, in a secret meeting at the end of its tenure in summer 2004, debated referring the matter to the Justice Department for criminal investigation, according to several commission sources. Staff members and some commissioners thought that e-mails and other evidence provided enough probable cause to believe that military and aviation officials violated the law by making false statements to Congress and to the commission, hoping to hide the bungled response to the hijackings, these sources said.

9/11 Panel Suspected Deception by Pentagon
As we are all well aware, criminal charges were never made and it looks like interest in pursuing ‘justice’ wasn’t a top priority for the Department of Justice.

The panel agreed to a compromise, turning over the allegations to the inspectors general for the Defense and Transportation departments, who can make criminal referrals if they believe they are warranted, officials said.
“We to this day don’t know why NORAD [the North American Aerospace Command] told us what they told us,” said Thomas H. Kean, the former New Jersey Republican governor who led the commission. “It was just so far from the truth. . . . It’s one of those loose ends that never got tied.”

The FBI released the following footage, apparently an effort to put to rest 'outlandish' conclusions based upon NTSB flight data indicating that Flight 77 NEVER reached an altitude less than 273 feet since its first ascent upon take-off! Now --keep in mind that this FBI footage is supposed to put to rest those 'outlandish conspiracy theories' that Bush warned us about. Please keep in mind that this video is not intended to create even more 'outlandish conspiracy theories', though, I am sure that had been the result. Therefore, after watching the following video, please resist the urge to call up the FBI while yelling FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!

If there is a 757 in there, I will kiss your ass and I am NOT worried!

The video was requested by Flight77.info, a group seeking 911 information that the government has been withholding. A statement from the group notes that the 'video does not ...show the plane in flight.'

I would venture to say that Flight 77 is not visible in the video because it was not video taped 'crashing into the Pentagon. A corollary: it was not video taped crashing into the Pentagon because it never crashed into the Pentagon. My assertion not merely a challenge to the Bush administration to put up or shut, it is consistent with "official" flight 77 data released to Pilotsfor911truth in response to their FOIA request. That makes it official. If you have a problem with the data, then take it up with the NTSB. Given the context that "official" flight data indicates that Flight 77 was at the time of this "fire ball" at an altitude of some 273 feet above the Pentagon, one is justified in demanding that the Bush administration release every photograph that was made of the Pentagon from every security camera on September 11, 2001. Of thousands that were surely taken, only two --a grainy, blurring GIF and the worse 'video' posted in this article have been released. Why is that? What does Bush continue to cover up? Guilt?

It was some time ago that the self-anointed skeptic, Michael Shermer, made a gullible false analogy, comparing those who are skeptical of Bush's absurd theory with "Holocaust Deniers" --"911 Deniers", he called us/them! The analogy is bullshit and betrays Shermer's gullibility and subverts his carefully nurtured image as a 'skeptic'.

My following remark is addressed to Michael Shermer directly: Michael, skeptics do not become cheerleaders for bullshit theories for which there is not a shred of evidence --hard or soft! Secondly, your analogy breaks down. Holocaust deniers deny abundant evidence, much of which was entered into 'evidence' at the war crimes trial of Nazi brass at Nuremberg. In the case of 911, there is, in fact, no credible evidence to deny! There is no comparable documentation! There is no logical or empirical support of Bush whatsoever! What has surfaced --an official autopsy report of Pentagon dead and, most recently, flight data (NTSB) from Flights 77 and 93 all but destroy Bush's ever changing official theories of 911.

One of the most damning critiques Bush's official theory comes from, Heather Thomas, author of Trophies: A Novel:

There was no fuselage at the Pentagon. There was none that you could check out. They said it vaporized, and yet they produced bodies saying that they didn't vaporize. You can vaporize a two-ton engine?

Thomas is absolutely correct. It's hard to imagine fires hot enough to vaporize the hard steel engines of a 757. In fact, steel is used for airliner engines precisely because it will not melt or --worse --completely vaporize in a kerosene fire. Last time, I checked flight was still possible! If Bush were correct, it would not be! Engines for jet aircraft are still made of STEEL because steel will not melt by a kerosene combustion which, by the way, takes place under high pressure. That's how engines work and they would not work if they melted at kerosene fire temperatures. If you can still buy a ticket at Newark and fly to Los Angeles, Bush is a liar.

Thomas saw though this gaping hole while pompous network poohbahs, 'commentators, and pundits got suckered (or paid off) into believing and propagating the pernicious and evil myth that you can burn kerosene inside a 757 engine but the same aircraft will vaporize completely in a kerosene fire!
Initially, Bush defenders denied the presence of 'molten steel' at WTC. Later, when it was clear that 'molten steel' was absolutely necessary to support their mumbo jumbo, their superstition that both towers collapsed into their own footprints due to fire damage, they embraced molten steel. It was the only way to get the steel to melt. The story had to sound credible. For these people --sounding plausible is more important than truth.

Later, when it was made abundantly clear, that never in recorded history has a kerosene fire melted steel, the story was changed yet again. The 'steel' was only 'weakened to the point of collapse, we were told. But what point is that? It doesn't matter because the Bush liars were trying to have it both ways again. The new cover story did not explain: 1) professional firefighter testimony that molten steel was in fact observed; 2) it does not explain video tapes of what can only be molten steel; 3) it does not explain video tapes of molten steel flowing down the sides of still un-collapsed towers!The cat --the verified presence of molten steel --was already out of the bag.

It was time for another cover story, another PR offensive. Bush defenders --in yet another version --cried foul. This time they took aim at 911 first responders. Firefighters, they said, mistook molten aluminum for molten steel, an insult to working, professional firefighters whose testimony would most certainly be considered 'expert' in any courtroom. I rather think that the testimony of professional firefighers with regard to what they saw is infinitely more credible than that of a flack somewhere on K-street or inside the White House --a din of iniquity if there ever was one.

Thus Bush defenders were caught trying to paper over yet another glaring hole in Bush's official lie with yet another version designed to plug up holes in the dike. Even if it were true, there is no evidence in support of a 'new' theory that heat from melting aluminum is sufficient to melt over 100 stories of steel cladding, steel reinforced walls, a tightly woven steel core --the existence of which officials tried to hide!

The 911 Commission, for example, failed to mention that in the towers of the WTC was a very densely re-enforced steel core. As far as the 911 Commission report is concerned, the 'core' just didn't exist. This is a pathetic picture of murderers, liars and felons desperately trying to come up with a credible cover story ---but, alas, too late!

Most recently, NIST has come up with still another 'version' intended to paper over the myriad of flaws and bullshit to be found in the official narratives. They have invented an entirely new phenomenon -- 'heat expansion' --to explain what is best explained with just two words: controlled demolition! What is the term 'heat expansion' supposed to mean in this context. If you heat the air in a balloon, it expands and the ballon rises. The liars at the NIST have failed to demonstrate the relevance of hot air balloons to WTC --an instance of undeniable controlled demolition. The building in question is, of course, WTC 7 said by Silverstein himself to have been pulled! I suggest the paid liars at NIST go take a hot air balloon ride. Hot air carried aloft by hot air. Poetic justice.

Silverstein Properties (collected large insurance payout due to the attacks of 911) was one of the contracters NIST depended on to get to the truth in the investigation. Look at the NIST report here on page vii for contributors to the investigation. Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse. Can you say "conflict of interest?" And how about all of NIST's precious recommendations for future building safety?

It looked like a controlled demolition because it was a controlled demolition. Re-writing the laws of physics is not allowed! Neocons may break and ignore the laws of this nation and the international treaties to which we are bound, but not even Bush nor his evil minions may violate with impunity the laws of nature and physics.

Clearly --WTC had been wired for a controlled demolition perhaps months before 911. The motive is a matter of public record: "the verdict in U.S. District Court in Manhattan was the latest twist in Mr. Silverstein's efforts to turn his $3.5 billion insurance policy on the trade center complex into a $7 billion payout."

Here are some lessons in 'skepticism' for Michael Shermer who fell for and swallowed as gospel an absurd and outlandish theory. THOSE WHO ASSERT MUST PROVE. Shermer would have us ignore this important and prudent dictum. Bush and his partisans put forward --asserted --a "theory", an "official conspiracy theory" for which there is not a shred of hard evidence or established physical science in support --let alone a proof. Shermer's magazine is called "The Skeptic". Since Shermer's amazing display of credulousness and naivete, haven't been able to read 'The Skeptic' with a straight face.

The burden of proof is on Bush and the dwindling number of rats, many of whom are jumping ship. Let's start with the co-chairs of the 911 Commission. Both have now dis-avowed their own work. They don't even believe it and claimed that they were misled by Bush and the Pentagon! They are not alone in that belief. Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret) was a Pentagon eye-witness. She is a former member of the staff of the Director of the National Security Agency. As a contributing author to the 2006 book 9/11 and American Empire: Intellectuals Speak Out, she wrote:

I believe the [9/11] Commission failed to deeply examine the topic at hand, failed to apply scientific rigor to its assessment of events leading up to and including 9/11, failed to produce a believable and unbiased summary of what happened, failed to fully examine why it happened, and even failed to include a set of unanswered questions for future research.

It is as a scientist that I have the most trouble with the official government conspiracy theory, mainly because it does not satisfy the rules of probability or physics. The collapses of the World Trade Center buildings clearly violate the laws of probability and physics.

Bush, Cheney, PNAC, & The Criminal Conspiracy To Invade Iraq

Kwiatkowski one in a long and growing list of equally intelligent, qualified, expert and articulate folk many of whom have literally driven a stake through the heart of Bush's evil and treasonous lie. I might have picked her quote at random from among the throng which now makes up a growing chorus demanding that the crime of 911 be investigated and the perpetrators brought to trial and justice. You won't have any trouble finding other outraged and patriotic Americans who will speak out against tyranny. It is a growing chorus of true skeptics who will tell you that Bush's official conspiracy theory is a black hearted lie.

(CBS) President Bush took a few minutes during his trip to Europe Thursday to voice his opposition to establishing a special commission to probe how the government dealt with terror warnings before Sept. 11.

Mr. Bush said the matter should be dealt with by congressional intelligence committees.
CBS News Correspondent Bill Plante reports that Mr. Bush said the investigation should be confined to Congress because it deals with sensitive information that could reveal sources and methods of intelligence. Therefore, he said, the congressional investigation is "the best place" to probe the events leading up to the terrorist attacks.

Over my long career in broadcasting and journalism, I have never seen a 'leader' --elected, appointed or otherwise --who did not oppose, obstruct, or, in other ways, interfere with investigations into their own regimes. In every instance, the obstruction is motivated by the desire to cover up crimes, destroy evidence, or, most generally, obscure the truth. I am confident that, in every instance, these activities are done not to protect the innocent. Rather, the crime of obstruction of justice, the cover up of crimes in general, is done to protect the guilty!

Bush's excesses in office stem from the powers he assumed upon the pretext of 911. They include but are not limited to his numerous abrogations of the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights and habeas corpus, his assumption of dictatorial powers as evinced by his many 'signing statements', in fact, his rule by decree. It is all right out of Adolph Hitler's play book. Until these crucial issues having to do with the very legitimacy of our government are addressed, the current election campaign is eyewash. I am waiting for Barack Obama to address the issue of nothing less than the legitimacy of this government.

Flight77.info says that it is trying to secure the release of about 80 videos that are related to the Pentagon crash. The liars in DC most certainly have better footage but will never release it. It will confirm even more convincingly that Flight 77 NEVER struck the Pentagon. DC will not willingly and of its own accord release information or evidence that will prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that an airliner did not crash into the Pentagon.

An administration capable of crashing a missile into its own Pentagon with a careless, murderous disregard for human life is likewise capable of lying about the falls of the Twin Towers and WTC 7; it is capable of lying about WMD, it is capable of waging war upon the people of the United States itself. The waging of war against the people by the people's own government is called high treason and traditionally, it requires the death penalty. King Charles I of England was beheaded for less egregious crimes than those which may now be charged to Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice and very other co-conspirator inside the White House.

It would appear that the FBI is up to its ass in the cover up of 911. I suggest that the cover up of high treason is high treason. Congress should empower a special prosecutor to investigate Bush, the FBI, the Pentagon and the JD. The American people are left little choice but to effect not merely regime change but a sweeping purge, nothing less than the creation of a new government. A new broom sweeps clean! We may yet round up a enough traitors to fill up a football stadium.

Another aspect of this to consider is called the Wing in Ground effect or WIG.

WIG holds that large aircraft and a 757 is definitely large, can't fly close to the ground because of all of the turbulence created by the aircraft's wings.

A pilot would not be able to control a large aircraft flying that close to the ground, the turbulence kicked up by the wings would be hellish.

The jet would either have to land or gain altitude, it CAN NOT fly that close to the ground, its physically impossible.

Of course, they could just make up a new term for this new twisting of the laws of physics, just like they made up a new term for the collapse of WTC, calling this new term "thermal expansion."

Which, if you watched the NIST briefing /charade on the WTC collapse, is a term just for WTC 7, since it hadn't happened before and may not happen again.

And their explanation of just one beam causing the whole damned building to collapse is laughable.

Look at the pics of WTC 6, which sustained damage from falling debris from WTC 1 or 2.

That building got nearly sawed in half by debris, yet it was still standing at the end of the day.

Is anybody at home in America?

Indict George Bush, Marvin Bush, Dick Cheney, Larry Silverstein for Mass Murder

There is probable cause to indict Larry Silverstein, Marvin Bush, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and others inside the Bush administration for mass murder in connection with the so-called 'terrorist attacks' of 911! Conan Doyle's character Sherlock Holmes said: "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth!"

Every other explanation but 'controlled demolition' is, rather, easy to eliminate.

• Many of the alleged hijackers are still alive. 'Raptured'?
• Steel has never and will never melt in kerosene fires.
• At the Pentagon, here was just enough debris to fill up NO more than a few wheelbarrows; certainly, an airliner of almost any type would have left behind much, much more wreckage.
• No piece of Flight 93 was found at its 'crash site' in PA. This is truly a miracle without precedent. On 911, we are expected to believe, the laws of physics were suspended.

In the history of flight, no Pterodactyl has ever crashed that did not leave behind a body, no bird took flight that did not leave behind a frail skeleton to rot, no bi-plane ever crashed that did not leave behind its wreckage, no jet fighter ever crashed at any speed that did not leave behind charred bodies and wreckage! We are expected to believe that on 911 the laws of physics, the laws of the conservation of matter and energy were suspended.

As a reporter, I covered my share of disasters to include the crashes of aircraft --military and commercial. I have yet to see a crash that left NO wreckage, deaths but yet NO bodies! Bush's ludicrous cover story is eliminated with its lies! The 911 Commission Report reads like a high school paper, a work of implausible and un-imaginative fiction. What remains is the probable cause that George W. Bush and the cabal of criminals that make up his so-called administration pulled off 911 as a cover for the many crimes of this administration. Who benefited from 911? The most obvious beneficiaries are Bush, who found in 911 an opportunity to become a dicatator; Larry Silverstein who made out like the bandit he is; and a small army of 'short sellers', linked to Buzzy Krongard! They made fortunes short selling airline stocks. Guess which airlines!

The three essential ingredients of a criminal indictment can be proven of an indictable Bush gang --method, motive, and opportunity! The Bush gang had all three.

If the 9/11 attacks were orchestrated or at least deliberately allowed by the Bush- Cheney administration and the Pentagon, then the motivation to cover up this murderous and treasonous act would be unlimited. No expenditure of time and money would be considered too great."

What follows is not a summation to the jury following their trials for mass murder. That comes later after the gang has been indicted, imprisoned until trial for the crimes of mass murder and high treason. It is, rather, the 'probable cause' to begin an official investigation of the crime of 911. Typically, a 'defendant' may be arrested in the course of committing a crime. Certainly, the Bush gang are committing crimes as we write. We have had to wait too long, however, for 911 justice.

Things are not so straight forward when the suspect claims to be the President of the United States. Criminal cases that attract media attention --and this is most certainly one of them --involve protracted and complicated investigations. In this case, there has been no investigation. Attempts by the President to prevent or obstruct investigations of the crime are, themselves, crimes of 'obstruction of justice' and destruction of material evidence, specifically evidence that was ordered hauled away from the scene of the crime and sold to foreign buyers.

Investigations are generally conducted by the FBI. Clearly --the FBI dare not begin of its own volition an investigation of George W. Bush and his administration. If it had been attempted, we may never know about it until someone writes his/her memoirs.

Impeachment, a political remedy, is reserved for the Congress, timid and intimidated. Just recently, an attempt by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) to impeach Bush was all but quashed. Congress is reluctant to challenge the entrenched Bush cabal and its supporters in the Military/Industrial complex and allies on K-Street. The people themselves must force the hand of justice. By law, any Federal Grand Jury now convened can begin an investigation of any thing it wants and may subpoena anyone it pleases in the pursuit of that investigation.

It would appear that Bush will escape justice unless such a 'run-away' Grand Jury musters up the courage to subpoena the members of this conspiracy and put them under oath. The many lies and inconsistencies that will surface will break the case 'wide open' and members of the tightly knit Bush regime will keep the world entertained by 'ratting on one another.

A federal grand jury has the power to serve a subpoena on any person within the United States. Thus, both US citizens and visitors to the US may be compelled to testify and/or provide physical evidence. A federal grand jury also has the authority to subpoena US citizens and residents abroad. Federal law currently does not grant grand juries the power to subpoena non US citizens and residents abroad. However, in the wake of the attacks of September 11 and the fear of further attacks, every possibility exists that Congress will elect to extend the reach of grand jury subpoenas.

Will we hear about the grand jury investigation(s) of the attacks? Will this be like the grand jury Kenneth Starr used to investigate the Clinton-Lewinsky relationship?

Notwithstanding grand jury secrecy, the public learned quite a lot about what the grand jury investigating the Clinton-Lewinsky relationship was doing. This information came from two sources: leaks from those involved with the investigation and statements by witnesses subpoenaed by the grand jury.

Neither of these is likely to occur with the grand jury or the grand juries investigating the September 11 attacks. The witnesses in the terrorist investigation(s) could, like the witnesses in the Clinton-Lewinsky investigation, reveal the fact that they testified before a grand jury and describe what they said in their testimony. The law of grand jury secrecy does not apply to grand jury witnesses, only to prosecutors, grand jurors, court reporters and others who assist with a grand jury investigation. Witnesses subpoenaed to testify about the September 11 attacks are, however, far less likely to let it be known that they have testified before the grand jury; those who were associates of the terrorists will keep silent because of a fear of retaliation. Others will no doubt keep silent out of respect for the investigation, on the theory that revealing their testimony might help the targets of the investigation escape justice. It is also possible that a federal court could order a witness to remain silent about the fact that he or she testified and about the substance of their testimony until the investigation has concluded; the US Supreme Court has held that witnesses cannot be forever barred from disclosing this information, but the Court would likely uphold requiring a witness to remain silent until the investigation was complete.

-- Using a Grand Jury to Investigate 911

It is important to get the liars under oath in front of a Federal Grand Jury. By law, any Federal Grand Jury now convened can begin now to subpoena members of the Bush gang of criminals. Such a panel may begin now to investigate Bush's heinous crimes against the people of America, the people of New York, and, specifically the some 6,000 people whose murders Bush continues to cover up with a series of deliberate acts which are themselves violations of Federal Laws involving lies about the nature of the crime, obstruction of justice and a history of efforts by the Bush administration to destroy evidence (a federal crime), quash inquiries and intimidate the media. Only guilty people do that!

An innocent and legitimate 'President' would have insisted upon a complete and thorough investigation. Bush, rather, covered it up. Innocent people are not motivated to cover-up crimes!

Numerous engineers, construction experts, and physicists have questioned Bush's official and utterly inadequate official conspiracy theory of 911. Experts in the field of 'controlled demolition' most certainly know one when they see one. On 911, newscasters --Dan Rather and Peter Jennings --called the collapses of both towers 'controlled demolitions". No other 'explosion', no other method of demolishing a building (wrecking balls, et al) look like 'controlled demolitions'. Only 'controlled demolitions' look like 'controlled demolitions'. The rapid collapses of the Twin Towers look like a 'controlled demolitions' because they were 'controlled demolition'.

Many people will not accept that but for emotional and illogical reasons --misplaced ''patriotism'', blind loyalty to the criminal Bush, fear of facing the consequences of having a mass murderer occupy the White House. Their reasons have nothing to do with science, logic or observation.Their's are emotional and irrational responses based upon the inability to accept unpleasant truths, the human proclivity to reject out-of-hand cold hard facts that are inconsistent with cherished myths, deeply held lies and/or comforting fairy tales.

The GOP --a party which embraced Ronald Reagan because he "made us feel good about ourselves" was, therefore, ripe for exploitation by venal GOP politicians.

Let's take a look at what the experts say about the controlled demolitions of WTC. It must be pointed out that Building 7 is exempted from the following remarks. We know that Building 7 was a controlled demolition. Building 7 is a textbook example of how controlled demolitions look as are the falls of the Twin Towers.

Silverstein: WTC 'pulled'

We have Larry Silverstein on video conceding to the world that 'it was pulled', action Silverstein says was taken after he consulted with firefighters. Building 7 had not been hit by an 'airliner' and had only two or three small fires. Yet --its demolition was precise and symmetrical, in fact, a 'controlled demolition'.

Silverstein says 'it was pulled following his discussion with firefighters. Why? What had been kept in building 7 that murderers and other politicians would want it pulled? A 47-story skyscraper, it was 'shrouded in secrecy'. Mayor Rudolph Giuliani had a 'bunker', a 'command center' on the 23rd floor. Offices included the IRS, the CIA, the Secret Service, the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is suspicious that on the very day of the attack, Giuliani, had 'set up shop out of harm's way. What did he know and when did he know it? Put him under oath in front of a Federal Grand Jury.

At the time of its destruction, Building 7 housed documents relating to numerous SEC investigations. The files for approximately three to four thousand cases were destroyed, according to the Los Angeles Times. Among the destroyed documents were ones that may have demonstrated the relationship between Citigroup and the WorldCom bankruptcy.

Many 'controlled demolition' experts have claimed that the twin towers of the WTC were controlled demolitions. These experts should know one when they see one!

1. Demolition experts say that the manner in which Twin Towers of the WTC collapsed is explained only by Controlled Demolition. It is doubtful that soft-bodied, aluminum airliners could have even penetrated the tower exteriors as was described by the government 9/11 Commission Report. The towers fell in only 11 seconds --a fact that utterly disproves the early 'pancake' theory. [See: Debunking Novas Pancake Theory of WTC]. ONLY a 'controlled demolition' is consistent with a fall of only 11 seconds. Put another way: ONLY a 'controlled demolition' explains a fall of only 11 seconds. Even if one allows a half second for each floor, the 'pancake' theory requires about 45 seconds for a complete collapse . If the collapse of the towers took only 11 seconds, then it was, in fact, a controlled demolition. There is no other explanation.
2. The 911 Commission statement that “the [WTC] core was hollow” is simply a bald-faced lie as photos taken of WTC construction back in 1970 prove conclusively. The core is fully visible as the construction photo above shows. The official conspiracy theories claim that soft-bodied aluminum airliners penetrated 9 feet of concrete and 4 rows of 4-ft-square steel girders. We are expected to believe as well that soft-bodied aluminum airliners penetrated the steel outside girders and the two rounds of 47.4 ft wide steel that made up the inside core! It didn't happen. The 911 Commission expects us to believe that the 'core' didn't even exist. The 911 Commission lied to you!
   The 'videos' even depict a helicopter 'flying backward' over what has been described as the 'real NY skyline' video. I've been editing video tape since video tape was more than two inches wide. Now I use state of the art non-linear equipment. There are compelling reasons to be suspicious of videos that depict physical impossibilities. The only explanation for that is: fakery! In this case, government fakery and bald-faced lies!
3. The fires of WTC could never have gotten hot enough to have melted the steel and thus cause the collapse of either tower! The 'melting of steel' requires a sealed blast furnace for 2 hours! Jet fuel burns at 1,700 degrees --NEVER higher! The commission stated that the burning desks, plastics, and paper melted the steel! Steel melts only melts at temperatures of 2700 degrees for more. Items like desks, plastics, and paper, which burn at about 450 degrees, have never, ever at any time in history melted steel!
   The WTC fires burned up in about 15 seconds. Steel would not have weakened at a mere 1700 degrees and it is doubtful that the steel girders would weakened sufficiently to collapse in only 15 seconds even at much higher temperatures.
   At some point, when it was clear that the 'official' cover could no longer be maintained, Bush loyalists and other liars changed their stories, denying that 'molten steel' had been found at the scene of the crime, i.e, the wreckage of the Twin Towers. In fact, the molten steel, had been found at the sites for a period of some six weeks. It was photographed and reported by New York firefighters. The presence of molten steel is consistent with a controlled demolition. The firefighters, said the pro-Bush liars, had merely mistaken molten 'aluminum' for 'molten steel'. There are several fatal flaws in those assertions, this 'second' cover story. First, molten steel explains the tower collapse and is consistent with observed facts; a 'melted aluminum theory, however, is inconsistent with observed facts and raises yet another complication for Bush advocates to explain away! Secondly, many Bush proponents have claimed that the aluminum bodied airliner that they believe crashed the Pentagon merely 'vaporized'. Certainly --no melted aluminum was found there! If that had been the case, then, why are we to believe that the planes that crashed WTC left behind 'melted aluminum' rather than 'vaporizing' into thin air many believe happened at the Pentagon.
   Violations of Occam's razor will always lead the liars astray. In fact, no ''melted aluminum' was found either at the Pentagon or at the WTC because there was not any 'melted aluminum' to be found.

   Bush proponents were motivated to sell an alternative version of events. The presence of 'molten steel' disproves the official theory and indicts Bush. Official conspiracy theorist were faced with a big hole that required plugging and fast!

   What was found at WTC was molten steel and the firefighters reported that it lasted for weeks. Their observation is absolutely consistent with the laws of physics and chemistry and it is entirely consistent with the testimony of reliable witnesses to the attacks and aftermath of 911.
   As many sites have reported, fire has never, ever brought down a skyscraper. And, it is plain enough, that fire did not bring down the WTC. Significant fires are documented to have burned for hours and yet failed to bring down steel skyscrapers, notably, Madrid, in 2002, where a fire burned for some 19 hours. All floors were involved. At the end of 19 hours, the steel frame remained in place.
   There is yet additional proof that the fires --said to have been hot enough to melt steel --were not and did not! There are photographs of people standing in the very holes that had been --presumably --punched by the airliners. If the Commission's report were true, people could not have been standing there. They most certainly would have already burned to death.
   Most of the jet fuel burnt outside the buildings, a fact clearly seen in numerous videos of the South Tower. After impact, a flammable mist would have spread throughout the floor, igniting and exploding --as is plainly seen --outside the building.
   If the fires were as hot as the 911 Commission report would have you believe, then how are the recoveries of some body parts, papers, and passports to be explained? Jet fuel fires are brief and were brief on 911. The laws of physics did not change to accommodate the lies of the arch-criminal --Bush! Numerous experts have stated that if some 10,000 gallons of fuel, spread evenly across a floor, would be consumed by fire in less than five minutes. Clearly, then, the 'official theory' (that the fires burned for a very long time, building up heat, enough to melt steel) is utter nonsense. The fires could not and did not burn so long. Heat did not 'build up' in violation of the law of science. As fires dissipate, they cool and die. The back smoke seen in every video is proof that the fires had cooled. Smoke from hot fires is white! Again --Bush and the 911 Commission presumes to rewrite the laws of physics and there attempts to do so indicts them. It is, I believe, probable cause to suspect them of heinous crimes. It is the clever murderer who concocts a believable cover, a credible alibi. It is an incompetent fool --like Bush --who can't get his stories straight! It doesn't say much for the educational level of the typical American, that Bush --an idiot --has managed to fool millions with an absurd conspiracy theory that is more full of holes than a slice of swiss cheese!
4. Many witnesses reported smoke near the bottom just before the collapse. Others reported 'explosions' just before the airliners were 'said' to have hit. Some writers have claimed to have film of bombs going off in the WTC basements. Certainly, those reports are consistent with remarks by firefighters who were at the scene. Why weren't these people interviewed? What was the origin and purpose of the explosions?
5. Marvin Bush, head of security, ominously shut down security cameras two weeks prior to the WTC demolitions. Two weeks is probably enough time to 'wire' the buildings for a controlled demolition.

There are numerous other glaring holes in 911 officialdom. Most of it, I've already dealt with. For example, I've always found the fact that six of eleven hijackers are still alive to be a big hole in the official lie. My source for that information is none other than the venerable BBC who interviewed the six alleged 'hijackers' AFTER 911!

It is also extremely convenient that most girder pieces were seen to have been 'cut smooth' at 'an angle' and at just the right length for loading up and hauling away. It was Bush who ordered the steel sold off to China and elsewhere, an act of obstruction of justice and evidence tampering for which Bush should be indicted and prosecuted!

Until the myths and lies of Bush's official conspiracy theory are sorted out, the truth will be forever lost. Time is not on our side. Every day that Bush is not prosecuted for his crimes increases the odds that he will have gotten away with murder. Every crime is a matter of method, motive and opportunity.

Now that we have a pretty good handle on what did not happen (Bush/911 Commission 'conspiracy theory''), let's take a look at existing motives for bringing down the buildings. The WTC was built in 1970, an experiment in 'controlled environment'. There were no windows. By the time they were destroyed, vent ducts in the Twin Towers were filthy and clogged with mold. The air was unfit to breath. Steel beams were covered with un-removable asbestos. The situation was unfixable amid millions of dollars in law suits for lung cancer, mesothelioma and leukemia. The new owner --Larry Silverstein --had obviously concluded that the buildings would have to come down anyway. Clearly --it would have been a controlled demolition. Again --anyway! Clearly --controlled demolition had been planned from the day Larry Silverstein took possession of his 'white elephants'.

Put Silverstein before a Federal Grand Jury. Put it to him that the towers were going to have to come down by controlled demolition --anyway! Get his 'explanation' under oath!

Compare his story to the verifiable fact that Silverstein made out like a bandit on 911. Ask him about that and get his answer while he is under oath. Demolishing the WTC would have cost him millions, if not $billions$! But --conveniently --just a few weeks before 9/11, Larry Silverstein took out several $billions$ in insurance, double indemnity clauses for terrorist attacks. A Federal Grand Jury must get his explanation while he is under oath!

He demanded and received 'double indemnity' for each of 3 buildings though one of them, we know, was 'pulled'. Building 7. Ordinary folk, in other words, those not worth millions, those not friends or co-conspirators with arch criminals like George and Marvin Bush, would have already been indicted, convicted and thrown into a Federal hell hole awaiting execution for the capital crime of mass murder! Bushies and their friends walk!

But ...maybe not!

There is no statute of limitations on mass murder. There will always be the threat of a runaway Grand Jury looming above the heads of Silverstein, Cheney, Bush the acting President and Marvin Bush the brother whose position as head of 'Security''at the WTC makes him a prime suspect. Method! Motive! Opportunity!

Another interesting bit of evidence that proves that someone had accurate foreknowledge of the attacks: 911 Mayor Rudi Guilliani stated on camera that 'he had been warned to get out of the towers'. They were going to fall, he had been told! [See:Firefighter: Giuliani 'ran like a coward on 9/11']

In 2007, the so-called "Purdue Study" consisted of a cute, slick animation showing the collapse of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11. It was a great piece of computer animation. I can tell you that anyone with a computer and 3DS Max can animate almost anything and make it look convincing. The Purdue Study has nothing to do with reality. However slick, an animation showing soft aluminum wings slicing through hard steel proves nothing! Disney animated a mouse! Does that make Mickey real?

The study had claimed to be independent but, in fact, it was federally funded, conducted by individuals linked directly to the Pentagon and the White House. The Purdue study was intended to back up the 'findings' of the 2005 National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) report. It is just an animated version of official lines and bullshit. No animation is able to disprove the melting point of steel! No animation --however slick --will change the laws of physics. In fact, the depiction of soft aluminum slicing through hard steel REQUIRES an animation. It will NEVER be photographed for real! And it will never be photographed 'for real' because it has never, ever happened and will never happen because it defies the laws of physics and could never be duplicated under lab or 'controlled' conditions simply because it is utterly impossible!

Typically, the New York Times applauded the bullshit study as "a counterpoint to the conspiracy theories promulgated by such outspoken figures as Rosie O’Donnell". In fact, the first conspiracy theory to surface was that of Bush, his paid liars and shills, the establishment media and exemplified by the NYT and an entire industry that depends utterly upon the Military/Industrial complex for its living. All of these people are willingly involved in the propagation of official conspiracy theories, officials lies, official propaganda, official bullshit! I repeat: there is probable cause now to indict George W. Bush for the crime of 911.
